Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground Floors and Pavings not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates for cover slab of drain, manhole/soak pit etc set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for slabs, columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Excavation not exc. 30 Cm deep and ave. 15 Cm deep and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge not exc. 63 mm, broken stone aggregate deposited, spread andlevelled in layers n exc. 15 Cm thick, watered and rammed to a True Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement morter (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Coping bed plate,hold fast etc,block benching,channeling slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including form work and finishing all exposed faces of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete on top surface to receive topping layer/as levelling course including necessary formwork all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm PCC 1:2:4 ( 40 m graded stone aggregate) Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement), and finishing surfaces of concrete in sub-floors, sub-bases, etc.even and rough to receive the topping layer all as specified and directed

M&L for 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler upto a depth/ width of 60mm and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound ,Grade 'A' all as specified and directed

Supply and fix, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR)pipe single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to walls or laid in trenches or in floor all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks over compacted sand bedding layer, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks over compacted sand bedding layer, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Laying only using old paver paver block in obtained from demolition at site as in footpath of thickness & size/ shape, obtained from dismantaling at site compacted bed of coarse sand including sand and applying water proof paint , filling the joints with fine sand finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M&L for 75 mm spread thickness Moorum/ red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated Material (Soil) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick Work using old bricks obtained from demolition, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, with Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct to above for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-30 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness but more than 75 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through National Test House, SEMT wing CME, Regional Research Labs, IITs, National Institutes of Technology, Govt Engineering College or any Govt laboratories and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing Bituminous Macadam. (ii) Minimum bitumen content shall be 4 % as specified here in above If the actual quantity of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Job mix formula is found more than minimum bitumen content as specified above there shall be no price adjustment considered

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with RS I grade cationic emulsion confirming to IS 8887@2.5 kg/10 sqm using mechanical sprayer on black top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Delinator model of SPROTECTION steel body Body height 1 to 1.20 mtr retro reflective band 50 mm each with anti theft cage of Red or White including fixing complete at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as directed

M&L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of which (Paving bitument VG 30 by wieght of total mix providing and laying with mechanical paver and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Minimum bitumen content shall be 5.5 % as specified here in above If the actual qty of bitumen to be incorporated on approval of Job mix formula is found more than minimum bitumen content as specified above there no price adjusment shall be considered. M&L for 1.5 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters, zebra crossing etc of white or yellow colour on roads, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5 Kg/Sqm and applying glass beads @ 300 gms/Sqm over painted surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning old/new surfaces and removing of existing paints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of Road Studs two way reflective of 100mm x 100mm x 26 mm ,plastic body Body weight not less then 100 gms Reflective Panel of Amber, Red or White provided at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as directed

S&F in repair of solar - powered environment friendly,LED based Road stud made of aluminium-aloy shell, 100% waterproof design according to IP 65, dimension of 125mm x 125mm x 25 mm (Shank 60mm), High efficiency Mono-crystalline Solar Panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, One Ni-Mh or NL-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA), Six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd (Millicandela), View distance : upto 1000 Meters , Flash rate : 2Hz, Bearable Weight : 10 Tons approx, working time for 3 to 4 days provided at site as per manufacturer's instructions.

Fixing only of solar - old LED based Road stud/ Cat eye after safely removal from existing road at site as per manufacturer's instructions .

S & F Speed breaker of heavy duty tough rubber with high resistance wear and tear property , UV stabilized black and yellow combination high reflective as available on both side in red or yellow colour with length 450 mm to 500 mm of each peice width 350 mm to 450 mm incl. fixing at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as directed

S & F in repair Road side safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate body is made of ABS incl. mounted bracket nuts and bolts of dimension 750 mm dia and extension for post of 50 mm dia 1.5 Ht GI pipe imbedeing in to with PCC 1:3:6 C-1 of size 300 x 300x 450 mm filling including fixing complete at site as per manufactuer's instructions complete all as directed

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore , class NP2 ,laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft/loose soil(or similar holes) each n. exc 0.50cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, stainless steel work of any description not otherwise provided for including board, sheet if any. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

S & F of stainless steel pipe of any dia of grade 304 framed work such as pipe & angle tees, flats incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riveting and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 3 to 4 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved on both side covered with retro-reflective self adhesive sheet & pasting computerizers size of letter on retro reflective sheet letters of varying height as required incl stop, commas, short line dashes, hyphens brackets and Logo etc as directed and pasted with approved adheshive as in sign board cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame incl all necessary fittings arrangement with SS accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All letter/logo etc including in this, No extra shall be paid seperately

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
