Supplying, Laying & Compacting 75mm thick (Compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013, Manufactured in WMM Plant Materials Comprising of Clean, Crushed, Graded Aggregate and Granular Materials Pre-mixed with Water to a Dense Mass, Spreading with Sensor Paver and Rolling with Vibratory Roller of Capacity 80-100 KN Static Weight and Consolidating to required Gradient and Camber and Finished Surface Tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works 2013, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix Bituminous Macadam (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with Using Paving Bitumen of VG 30 Grade as Binder 4.0% by Weight of Total Mix, Laid, Rolled and Compacted to required Gradient and Camber required, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Premix Bituminous, Macadam will be designed as IS and as specified in the Particular Specifications. Contractor will Quote Unit Rate considering Bitumen Contents as specified here-in-above. In case of any variation in Binder Content on Minus side, the same will be adjusted @ Rs. 65.00 PER KG of Binder/ Bitumen. However, no Price Adjustment in the Quoted Unit Rate will be made on Plus side. Cost of Filler will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Preparing Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with Wire Brushes for Removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and Finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Air Compressor to Remove all Loose Dirt, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm Consolidated thickness with 5.5% Binder Content (Using Paving Bitumen VG 30) by Weight of Total Mix, Laid with Propelled Mechanical Paver, Rolled and Compacted to required Camber and Gradient using Power Roller exc. 8 Tonne and not exc. 12 Tonne Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) will be designed as specified in the Particular Specifications. Contractor will Quote Unit Rate considering Bitumen Contents as specified here-in-above. M&L Cat Eye Solar Reflective type of Metal Body Alloy of Size 100x100x20mm with PAMA Strip Lens Reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS Stud of suitable Size all as per Manufactures Instructions including Taking up/ out Old Unserviceable Cat Eye of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing Glow Sign Board made of Retro-reflection type, High Intensity type, Prismatic Grade Sheet in Single/ Twin Colour, fixed Both Side over Aluminium Sheet 1.5mm thick in Shape of Irregular Pentagonal (Area not exc. 2.50 SQM), Framed with 25mm Dia Round Pipe, Chromium plated Stainless Sheet Hollow Section and Fixed to Stainless Tubes of Medium Grade Square/ Round Pipe 2.80 METRE in Length including 2 or 3 No. Bolts, Nuts & Washers on Each Side and embedded in Natural Ground including necessary Excavation, Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregates) Foundation Block of Size 300x300x400mm and Making Good Disturbed Surfaces Taking up/ out Old Unserviceable Sign Board of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Materials and Labour required for Errecting of Glow Sign Board will deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.
