(Note : (i) Two single core wires of 2.5 Sqmm and one wire of 2.5 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit). (ii) The unit rate included for making good the disturbed surface including finishes to match with the adjoining surfaces alongwith cutting chases) .

M&L for cutting and making and enlarging existing hole for fixing of exhaust fan, nuts, bolts washer including plastering and make good the disturbed surface with the existing all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Ceiling fan AC single phase 230/240 V of size 1200 mm sweep with metal body and metal blades rich white colour including fan hook/ clamp complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old unsv ceiling fan retrived agasint this item shall be deposited by the contractor at nearby MES E/M store yard without charging any extra cost.
