Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. and including preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by means mechnical process / Machine as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in ( colours as approved) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer , up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed Note:-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling/chajja and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying three coats of white wash,in ceiling,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured).

M & L for treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating the top surface of filled earth at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection/Paving/hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 25 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone flooring 20-25 mm thick over and including backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), 15 mm thick as in skirting /dado laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour granite /stone 20mm thick machine cut as in floor/slabs cooking platform etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed wikth white cement with admixture of pigment to match shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protection laid in bays with construction 6mm thick joints should be filled bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 grade and three part of sand all by weight with complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix,anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window three track with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter with and including three track frame (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 0.90 Sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (iii) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (iv) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members. (v) All other accessories such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc (vi).Glazing with sheet glass 5 mm thick ordinary quality in panels of aluminium windows, , etc. fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading and EDPM gasket (vii) Mild Steel grill shall be provided of size and design as shown on drawing (viii)Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avergae width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples. (ix) Rest all as specified in drawing no CE (AF) SZ drawing No - AF/TD/242/15 (R), Sheet No- 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 & 6/6 dated 14 Feb 2017 .Note for item ser No. to :- 1. Sheet glass, MS grill and stainless steel wire mesh and all other items as shown on drawing shall be included in quoated rate. 2. Mode of Measurement : Only opening size of window shall be measured.

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, size 125 mm X 60 mm, Profile C, single rebate or more including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F flush door shutters, 30 mm thick, solid core of block boards with construction, MR grade, commercial type with stiles, rails and lipping of timber as given in Group 2A and Group 2B of Annex B of IS 2202 (Part 1): 1999, both sides face panels of plywood as per IS 710: 2010, covered with decorative face veneer with lipping in both side faces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm aluminum extruded aluminium alloy handles (fabricated type) anodised of mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

(i) cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL/Sika or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

M & L for concealed point wiring with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor (FRLSH) cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor (FRLSH) cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) The chases in the wall shall be cut with elect cutter and rates of the same will deemed to be included in quoated rates (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement plaster 1:4 including matching the surfaces with as per existing finishes and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge):- (iii)Wiring to be done as per approved colour code in IE rule. (a) One fan point/Exhaust fan/light/call bell point controlled by one switch 5 Amps . Notes - Cost of metal flush box and cover plate shall be inclusive of quoted rated.

All as per serial item No. 61 here-in-before but for one 3 pin 5 amps switch socket outlet on independent board.

Supply and Fix, Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan, 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM, Single Phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, all as per Model “Turbo Force” of Make ‘Havells’ or equivalent Model of Make ‘Bajaj’ /’Cromptron Greaves’/’USHA’ with metal frame and louvers and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated, sheathed round flexible wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 0.50 Sq mm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, from ceiling rose/ connector to fan with complete with and including cutting openings, through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, for exhaust fan and other openings or enlarging existing openings, superficial area exceeding 0.16 Sqm but not exceeding 0.25 Sqm, making good distrubed portion, grouting of suitable bolts with nuts & washers for fixing exhaust fan,rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) around jambs of opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised Iron pipe 40mm bore (dia) 'Light Grade' for protection of UG cable, laid in floors/Road crossing, fixing to pole with mild steel clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc, complete all as specified.

S&F for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR parts-I and including excavation & earth work in any type of soil/stone ,disposal of soil , providing alternate layers of charcoal and common salt, refilling of pit with agriculture soil, construction of PCC earth chamber in mix 1:3:6 type c-1 with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia MS bars both ways with lift hook made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wiremesh and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and 15mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion,including taking out old u/s complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Unit rate of earthing deemed to be included with GI wire 4 mm, GI pipe light grade protection pipe 15 mm up to 7.5 RM) (ii) Since the resistivity of soil is high contractor shall bring the agriculture soil from out side defence land to fill the earth pit.

Supply and fix GI wire dia 4 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing steel tubing 25 mm for alteration or additions including necessry connection including GI Tee & other connected fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

Supplying & fixing to walls, ceiling and laid in trenches 25 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 25mm dia Gun Metal gate valves with iron wheel head ,screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
