Supply, laying and jointing of ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket end suitable for push on rubber joint centrifugally cast, class (K-9), inner side cement lining and outer side black bitumen coating and any length, laid in trenches of 100mm bore pipe including push on rubber (EPDM) ring with ISI marked including taking up old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25mm bore including taking up old valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, cast iron double flanged (Wafer type), lever operated, butterfly valve, size 100mm , PN 1.6, class 300, with stainless steel shaft, ISI marked (IS-13095), including MS bolts, nuts, washers and a pair of rubber gasket ISI marked including taking up old valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, cast iron double flanged (Wafer type), lever operated, butterfly valve, size 150mm , PN 1.6, class 300, with stainless steel shaft, ISI marked (IS-13095), including MS bolts, nuts, washers and a pair of rubber gasket ISI marked including taking up old valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 100mm dia CI non return valve both side flanged with SS spindle PN 1.6 with all accessories including taking down old unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 150mm dia CI non return valve both side flanged with SS spindle PN 1.6 with all accessories including taking down old unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, 25mm outer dia, 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, PP-R pipe fitting for 25mm outer dia PP-R pipe such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors etc., cupler, union or other accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, PP-R gate valve 25mm outer dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 100cm x 100cm x 100cm depth (internal dimension) with sub class 'B' brick, old size brick with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 150 mm below ground level, provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS plate welded with 40 x 5mm thick FI frame all round including provision of hinges, handle, locking arrangement, ISA 40 x 40 x 5mm thick frame, fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x 100mm) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including preparation of surfaces, necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil and demolition of existing unserviceable valve pit, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for, 150mm dia cast iron sluice valve both side flanged with SS spindle PN 1.6 including taking down old unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 200mm dia cast iron sluice valve both side flanged with SS spindle PN 1.6 including taking down old unserviceable valve, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 5mm thick chequered mild steel plates as in for ladder, pathway on sedimentation tank, bend to shape required including necessary cutting, drilling hole etc., fixing with nut, bolts, washers and jointing materials such as lead wood, gasket, black non toxic putty, etc. including applying two coats of bituminous lead free paint (drinking water grade) over a coat red oxide primer internally and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat red oxide primer externally including taking down existing old unserviceable sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of valve pit chamber of any size by taking out mud, muddy water including cleaning of vegetation around the pit covering area 1.0 metre around the pit and depositing the same at a distance not exc.50m away from the pit including sweeping free from all type of dirt including rectification of the leakage of valve pit of any size by using of appropriate size and required packing materials for purpose, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter 12.5/ 15 HP, 15-21 Amps, 440 volt, 50Hz for all type of pump, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter 25 HP, 440 volt, 50Hz for all type of pump, complete all as specified and directed.
