Taking down defective street/ flood light fittings from height upto 11mtr of wattage upto 120 ,from pole for repairs and refixing the same,after replacing defective accessories like LED driver, SPD, PVC insluted sheathed copper conductor etc.complete all as directed. (Note :For item no 6 new spare parts/components of street light fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only however,screws, insulation sleeves, nuts, bolts, washers and PVC insulated PVC sheathed, multistranded aluminium or copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm X 3 core from light fitting to Street light feeder (max 1.5 mtr ) deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply only constant current LED driver suitable for LED luminaries of wattage of 45 Watt complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 07 here in above but of 60Watt.

Supply only surge protection device of capacity 10kV complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective flood light / high mast fitting of any size /any type/any capacity from height of pole/ walls/ height mast of any location of poles any height from ground level for reapir work and fixing back after repair work including checking, inspecting, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Spares Driver ,SPD etc. shall be measured and paid separetely under relavant items of schedule'A' (b) Necessary tools like mobile ladder& other T&P required etc shall be arranged by the contractor (c) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive for minor repair parts like nuts, bolts,cirle clips, clamps and connection wire upto 1.5 mtr etc if required at site.

Materials and Labour for connection of junction box to street light luminaire using wiring with two runs (P-N) of single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) (FR-LSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade and one run of (FR-LSH) PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm single core as earth continuity wire drawn through PVC conduit(Heavy grade) and tiding the same by aluminium strip with the pole complete all as specified and directed. (Two single core 1.5 Sqmm cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm earth conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one run).

Supply and fixing in repairs street light bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade(bend to shape) , 1.5 metre long and fixed with mild steel flat iron clamp(clamp shall be 40 X 5mm ), nuts, bolts and washers on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 pole power contactor of AC1 rating 50 Amps , with built in surge suppressor , RoHS compliant including necessary electrical connection with suitable size of copper cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall/pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc including taking down old , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for bricks sub class ‘B’ brick old size for cable protection laid in flat in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil not exc 50cm & depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair providing and fixing 610mm dia Razor Concertina coil fencing with and including required clips, pins, etc. as per manufacturer's instruction and as per specification fixed on the Y angle. Each concertina coil shall be fixed to MS angle with existing rows of barbed wire on each of Y angle. There shalll be 80 ( eighty) circles in each 9.00 mtr length. Number of clips in each 9.00 mte shall be 200 Nos., central core wire 12 SWG hot galvanised high tensileed wire : UTS- 145-160 Kg/Sqmm. Razor strip 0.50mm thick hot dipped galvanised and of length 19mm, clips 1.5mm thick made of SSAISI 410 complete.

Materials and Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps, stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the old unserviceable cross arms, clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for cutting the faulty/damaged/burnt end portion of the UG cables of crossectional areaof any size and making good end termination with and including suitable size of aluminium thimble/lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing its own position, including Insulation tape, nut ,bolts etc as required in distribution boards/LT Panel boards/Change over switches complete all as specified and directed. Note :Necessary excavation, earth work should be measured and paid separately if reqd.
