S&F 2nd class HW plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 30mm thick, 2nd class HW glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for flush shutters, 30mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and with IInd class hard wood rail and style complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Glazed and skeleton shutters 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube (Make Rajshree or equivalent) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame complete all as specified and directed.

Removal and refixing the shutter of any description exc 1 sqm an not exc 2 Sqm each in the same opening after easing the shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel window with side hung shutter including projecting type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay and with glazing bars complete with dovetailed or welded including taking down existing old steel window complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails as in unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only galvanised steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars, shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane upto 2nd floor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above above but frosted or figured glass, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer compete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, with a coat of pink primer compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in kitchen cabinet shutter compete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, as in kitchen cabinet shutter compete all as specified and directed.

S&F for ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for block board or veneered particle board for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/resecuring of aluminium door, easing & adjusting including taking down and refixing in same opening etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in metal frame square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick figured glass pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in any position unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood in scantlings wrought timber fixed compete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated aluminium sliding windows two track with two sliding shutters with extrusions aluminium of following sections including jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubbr packaging, snap beading and other necessary builders hardware as required complete all as specified and directed. (A) FRAME:- (i) Top and side member for two track frame of size 61.85 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.784 kg/ mtr), Model No. 20829 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (ii) Bottom rail of frame for sliding of size 61.85 mm x 31.75 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.909 kg/ mtr), Model No. 20830 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (B) SHUTTER:- (i) Top and bottom rail of sliding shutter of size 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.547 Kg/ mtr), Model No. 20736 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (ii) Side of sliding shutter with handle and self locking arrangement, section of size 40 mm x 18 mm x 1.5 mm (weight 0.547kg/ mtr), Model No. 20738 of Jindal or equivalent as specified in PS. (C) Sliding shutter to be provided with 5.5 mm thick sheet glass complete all as specified and directed. (D) Supply & Fix for 6.5 mm thick aluminium diamond grill with mill finished fixing on wall/wooden chowkhat/ aluminium frame with suitable size of aluminium 'U' channel and steel chromium plated, screw with rawel plug complete all as specified and directed with following details:- (i) Aperture size of aluminium grill 67 mm x 84 mm. (ii) Cord dimension 7 mm x 5.8 mm. (iii) Plate thickness 2 mm. (E) Supply & Fix for Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with galvanised wire staples/ clip/ aluminium flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated aluminium ventilator frame with frame of section 100 mm x 44 mm of thickness 1.6 mm shutters of section 32 mm x 15 mm (with and including half portion fixed glazed shutter and rest half portion louvered with glazed shutter) including stainless steel wire mesh, rubber gasket for securing the glass, 5.5 mm thick figured glass, aluminium grill and necessary aluminium mongaries and handles including necessary locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel mortice lock (2 levers), vertical type 100mm size in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reed lathing single or double incl batten and plaster or chicken wire mesh etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for wire netting of galvanised wire 0.91 mm dia fixed with tinned tack of wire staples and size of mesh 12mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 20mm thick on one side of lathing in cement morter 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 15 mm thick on other side of lathing in cement morter 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for running welding in repairs of iron thickness to be welded exc 6mm but n exc 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work using FE-410W Gde-E250 quality B as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for glazed ceramic coloured /printed tiles 350x250x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match on verticle surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding laying of cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 40mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel brass polished, bright finished all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Hasp and staple, 75mm mild steel, safety type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium extudrd designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Floor door stopper of 150 mm aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair 6 mm thick Plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work or in roof for monkey protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note : this work shall be executed in patch work also).

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over one coat of wall care putty incl complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including 10mm thick rendering of cement mortar1:4 for laying of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for one sided Door Draft Stopper silicon all as specified ans directed.

Securing glass of any description in existing wooden/ metal frames glazed with putty/ beads including removing loose or decayed putty/ beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, reputtying and painting/oiling puttied surface to match existing work complete all as specified and directed. (New length of frame reputtied shall be measured) Note: Work to be executed upto second floor and patch work also).

M& L for powder coated aluminium door frame with shutter of section 100 mm x 45 mm thickness of sheet 16 gauge , partially glazed and panelled lock rail/ bottom rail of shutter 100 mm x 45 mm top rail 80 mm x 45 mm including necessary jointing cleats glazing clips, rubber packing anodized aluminium including necessary fittings and aluminium mongeries i.e. 150 mm long two Nos aluminium handles 02 nos ,200 mm long aluminium tower bolt hinges with each leaf , rubber gasket for securing the glass and 3 nos 100mm long butt hinges with each leaf with and including 5.5 mm thick tinted glass PVC panelling including mortice lock grills in glazed portion etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding of any description and fixed in any position with screws all as specified and directed.

Material and labour laying well burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.
