S&F IInd class hardwood in scantling timber framed and fixed wrought in any position and in any situation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc using Fe 410-W(Gde E-250 Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing using Fe 410-W(Gde E-250 Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing PCC of any position and in any situation including removing debris from the premises exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kgs/Sqm on any surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof surface to maintain slope and to bring uniform surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished the surfaces fair and even complete all specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the roof surfaces with wire brushes for cleaning, dust free on dry surfaces and treated with water proofing treatment to RCC Roof with APP modified membrane non woven polyester reinforced with mineral finish on top to be laid by torch application method. On the dried surface applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 Grams/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on the primed surface and applying 3 mm thick APP membrane wt not less than 3.5 Kg / Sqm with torch application laid with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thermo fused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company and including existing worn out roof treatment and removing debris from the premises exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, chajjas complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (for lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning repairing etc measured separately) capacity 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltr (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top) double layer construction, ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position including over flow 450mm, waste pipe 600mm long with fitting etc of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of Brick wall finished fair & even in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper on newly plastered surface using roller only as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats exterior grade emulsion paint on newly plastered surface of wall over a coat of primer over a coat of 1 mm thick exterior wall care putty including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for suspended false ceiling using anodised GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 60 cm x 60 cm width main runner 'T' size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.3 mm thickness and coress Tee of size 24 mm x 24 mm x 0.43 mm thick (using 60 cm x 60 cm E board classic 4 mm thick ceiling board) to be placed in grid of GI sytem duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing position for light fixtures, air conditioning dufuser and ducks, sprinkler, smoke detector etc. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum C/C. The last hanger at the end of each runner should not be placed at more than 450 mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200 mm cross 'T' to be inter locked between amin runner @ 610 mm C/C so as to form 600 mm x 600 mm grid complete all as directed including taking down of old existing ceilings complete all as specified and directed.
