Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwiese provided for including gates all as sepcfied and directed

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs, tiles and paver blocks etc of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc.,laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar,complete all as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 25 cm X 25 cm X 22 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M & L 40 mm thick plain cement concrete M15(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protectionas / sub base floor/paving/hardstanding all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protectionas / sub base floor/paving/hardstanding all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in plinth protectionas / sub base floor/paving/hardstanding all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps up to 10 mtr height including necessary scalfolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing.Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions.(vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction.(vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed.3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, 3.0mm thick figured/ frosted glass and glazing with oil putty and pin/ spring pins in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones at any height in multi-storey buildings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair aluminium alloy sliding door bolts with hasp, staple and fixing clips of sheets, or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections of aluminium alloy, 300 mm long, anodized to a bright natural, mat finish not be less than Grade AC 10 of IS 1868 : 1996 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of stainless steel mortise dead lock ML 112ss 50 mm ,lock matching standard screws 04 Nos ,lockcase width 74 mm, Baskset 50mm ,shape of head (02) square ,width -75mm,height- 170mm - complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 0.8mm thick, mild steel, plain, black sheet in hearth; hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed,holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required including taking out old unservieable of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging; also fastening & fixing complete of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height Complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for black hollow steel Section for structural use ,conforming to IS 4923:1997 (Reaffirmed 2009),designation CF,in roof trusses(framed ),trussed,purlins,posts,crane gantries ,rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (square or rectangular hollow sections)including distance pieces cleats etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified at any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified at any height including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of 100% interior emulsion paint silk glamor brand or equivalent any shade and colour to old plastered surfaces on walls, including filling of cracks or holes on wall with wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm,on walls including filling of cracks or holes on wall with wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, conforming to IS 15622, Ist Class, Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured,7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B IIa, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured 12mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc.0.11 Sqm conforming to IS 4457-2007 as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, including screed bed or bedding layer 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on floors for laying floor finish, including dismantiling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed and disposed off all debris outside the MOD land.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls, finished the plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement .,,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and applying Two 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint as approved pattern (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP long life Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand over a coat of exterior wall primer on new concrete/wall over and including up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures . including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc., finished the plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match with and including demolition of existing cement concrete , complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct from Serial Item No. 54 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed..

Materials and Labour for,bricks, sub class B,laid flat, in floors, old size bricks,bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No.56 here in before but except bricks,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks obtained here in before shall be used.

Materials and Labour for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 58 here in before but except bricks,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old bricks obtained shall be used.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors,surface channels, roofs, etc. to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings built in cement or cement lime mortar including flush pointing to brick walls in cement mortar (1:4), Complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc.built in cement or cement lime mortar including flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in cement mortar (1:4) , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted wood or wood based surface of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted sttel and iron surface of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
