Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing.Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions.(vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction.(vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed.3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted.
