Taking out old existing GI pipe from trenches/floor including all connected fittings/accessories (defective gate valve/stop valves) etc. complete for re-fixing/ replacing with necessary fittings and valves, etc. complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:- Note : Necessary excavation and earth work (as required) shall be measured and paid separately.

GI pipe of 50mm bore

GI pipe of 25mm bore

GI pipe of 20mm bore

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep for taking out and laying of cables, taking out pipes, etc. and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated materials n .exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 3 layered PP-R (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes, ISI marked, PN-16, SDR 7.4 UV stabilised and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back-nuts capps, plugs, unions, etc.) laying in trenches/floors/ducts or fixing to walls, etc. of following sizes including taking down old pipe and fittings also cutting of pipes as required complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

90mm outer dia

75mm outer dia

Supply and laying galvanised iron pipes, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, back nuts, caps , plugs and unions, etc.) laid in trenches/floor/ducts and also cutting pipes, screwing and for making forged bends on piping as required complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

50mm bore

25mm bore

20mm bore

S&F 100mm bore cast iron sluice valve, Class PN-1.6 with flanged ends (ISI marked) complete with stainless steel spindle and cast iron cap including rubber/fiber board gasket, nuts, washers, including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 8 here-in-before but 80mm bore CI sluice valve, Class PN-1.6.

S&F as in repairs gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe with union including taking down/out old existing unserviceable gate valves complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :-

50mm bore.

25mm bore.

20mm bore.

M&L for brick masonry valve pit of internal size 100x100x100cm suitable for 150mm bore sluice valves with plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation, 23cm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4), 100mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including MS sheet cover of thickness 3.15mm fixed over 50x50x6mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and making provision of locking arrangement including demolition of old existing valve pit and including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc. including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry or pipe supporting pillars, kerbs, apron laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for horizontal boring below pavement/road in soft/loose soil for crossing of size 40mm to 100mm bore of GI pipe lines complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying with approved sand around the cables as cushioning for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying burnt bricks, best quality locally available of old size sub-class 'B' bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F XLPE insulated cable, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 185 sq.mm, 3.5 core including providing the end terminal lugs as per suitable size as pre site requirement and connection the terminl links complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the cable from existing servo voltage stabilizer/panel and taking out the cable from trenches/ground up to required length for connection the cable in new proposed terminal of isolation transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 KVA isolation transformer, indoor type, 3 in 3 out, delta star type, three phase, 50 Hz, AC oil cooled type, ultraisolation galvanic with multi shield copper wound 2 coil transformer, inter winding capacitance less than 0.05 mfd or beeter in UIT, DC galvanic isolation 200 M Ohms (winding to winding & winding to ground) and winding material class F copper wound with enclosure and first full filling of oil suitable for outdoor use in maximum ambient temperature of 45°C, confirming to IS :2026 and IS : 11171, IP 55 K5 electrolytic copper wound type of capacity 150 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level, connected to copper strip of size 20x3mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers, made out of copper/brass and 32mm dia GI pipe 'medium grade' for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8mm dia TMT bars @100mm centre to centre both ways, galvanised iron wiremesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore 'medium grade', including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m from starting point all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down old existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws with suitable enclosure made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe of 40mm dia, 'light grade' including fitting for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and as directed.. NOTE : The contract sum shall be derived by deducting the amount shown in Schedule of Credit attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
