Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each,complete all as directed.

Taking down Aluminium door shutter and re-fixing in same opening, shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each with existing chowkat , frame or with new chowkat or frame after necessary repair work including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed. (unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of cement concrete blocks for embedding hold fasts complete.)

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made out of timber species of group I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 4021: 1995, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F aluminium with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)sections for frame of doors, windows & ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window three track with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter with and including three track frame (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 0.90 Sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (iii) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (iv) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members. Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, factory made solid panel prelam PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail: Panelling of both sides plain PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps up to 10 mtr height including necessary scalfolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

Material and labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 (using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate), as in lean concrete in sunken floor ncluding demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:1½ :3) (nominal mix) type A0 (using 12.5mm graded broken stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on bottom of sunken portion with slope towards spout including applying two coats of polymeric based chemical in the top surface of PCC and side of sunken portion including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed.
