S&F (in repair) Insulator Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washres and one glavanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia. For 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&L in repair of shackle type Insulator porcelain vitreous white/ brown or green, 75 mm high and 90mm dia suitable for working pressure of 1100 Volt including Galvanized iron straps of size (31x3) mm ,nut, bolt of dia 12 mm and washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub calss "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan, laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid dry over electric cablefor protection all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring/Drilling (Horizontally) manually/mechanically under existing road (Maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old u/s LT UG Cables/ service wire of any size from trenches/poles/walls complete after disconnection all as specified and directed

M&L relaying serviceable LT cable of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note :- Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles / block, Clamps, nuts, Bolts, washres and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel tubing, 'Light grade' of 80mm bore complete with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads, drain , paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washerws complete all as specified of the following bore (Note :- Excavation & Earth work shall be measrued and paid separately)

M&L in repairs Thermoplastic Cable Junction Boxes IP66/67 "weather proof", for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry with terminals suitable for 10-16sqmm cable of Size 155 x 210 x 92 mm incl busbar mounted on insulator and MCB SP 6 Amps-1 No, including necessary civil works and connecting all incoming and outgoing wires with AL lugs of appropiate sizes and complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade PVC insulated weather proof sheathed copper cable 1.5 sqmm size 3 core fixed with RCC/Steel tubular pole including PVC conduit medium grade 19/20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for trimming/cutting to small tree branches girth not exc 30cm upto minimum 2 Mtr clearance, tightening to stay stand in proper angle complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- 1. Span Between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one unit. 2. The cost of use of required tools and safety equipments is deemed to be included in this unit price.

M&L Painting to existing LT panel board of any type complete with two coat of weather proof synthetic enamel paint after preparation of the surface by scrapping emery paper complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable up to 70 sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable 95 to 120 sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable 150 to 240 sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair cable lugs aluminium any type suitable for cable 300 to 400 sqmm including necessary crimping with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacement existing worn out /over heated/ multi-jointed ACSR jumpers of LT over head lines with and incl XLPE/PVC insulated 1100 volts multi stranded aluminium conductor single core cable of size 120 sqmm as per colour code in sequence Red ,yellow ,blue and black for neutral incl winding with ACSR conductors with suitable size aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed .(Length of one jumper not exceeding more than 2.0 mtrs .

M & L in repairs for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 200 mm X 150 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as directed by Engineer –in- Charge

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to LT panel box/body by repalcing the damaged/rusted MS sheet of existing gauge fabricated cut to size of original length incl providing hinges and other hard ware item like handless etc.

Meterial and labour for making locking provision to the LT panel board of any size/type by providing MS flat iron 25x6 mm up to lengh 15cm duly welded to the both front and back door duly holed for making provision for lock including welding of brocken/unserviceable hinges/mounting arrangements of doors and matching with enamel paint of existing colour on the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Cutting of wall/hard standing for laying of cables and making good the existing surface with using PCC type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT busbar chamber of size (0.60x0.60x1.0)m CPRI approved, outdoor type, factory made fabircated to CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thickness, angle iron of size 50X50X6mm thick of length 0.6 m from pcc, frame work and tee section (frame) of suitable size double door front/rear opening and locking arrangement, floor mounted on plateform of suitable size, Al bus bar chamber (enclosed) incl rust free spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on PCC blocks, fixed with grouted bold, nuts and washer and making complete including PCC foundation comprising of following accessories:- BUS-BAR & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS: The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos Aluminium 400 A rated not less than 40mmx10 mm, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY : The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming & out-going cables. INSTRUMENTATION SYSTEM : (a) Indicator lamp with integral circuit (230/240V) & cluster LED (Red, Orange, Blue) - 01 Set. (b) 3 Ph Digital Voltmeter CI 1.0 - 01 No (c) Danger notice plate of size 20 x 15 cm of 1.6mm thick mild-steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal-red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT conforming to IS-2551 - 01 Nos. NOTE : 1) Design / Drawing / BOM of the LT Busbar panel board showing the dimensions incl accessories is to be obtained from panel board manufacturer / supplier & is to be got approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer/Supplier. 2) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
