All as per Item No.03 here-in-above, but for cross-sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

All as per Item No. 03 here-in-above, but for cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4.0 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

All as per Item No. 03 here-in-above, but for cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2.0 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/ under Road/ fixing on pole/ above floor including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M& L for Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying sub class B Bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Galvanised Iron Pipe 40mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 12 here-in-above, but for 80mm bore (dia) GI Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erecting in true vertical position in-repair of Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.00 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws with and including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer for the remainig portion and writing pole no including necessary earthwork in excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50.0m, Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles filled upto ground level and Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1(20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping/Padestal of Poles and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork as required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will not be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (size and type as required at site) drawn for overhead lines with permissible sags and providing jumper with and including copper binding wire or aluminium tapes, including stringing, tightening, etc., including dismantling the existing old unserviceable ACSR, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

Labour only for releasing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (any size and type) of existing OH lines by un-binding from insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the conductor, removing excess sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as ordered and binding with insulator with aluminium binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L for mild steel Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable cross-arms, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for fixing in original position of disturbed/dis-aligned mild steel Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, including dismantling the existing old unserviceable cross-arms, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Stay assembly of 16mm dia 1.18m long stay rod complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, size of plate 230x230x6mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Cost of 01 no 65 x 90mm porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Loop type insulator, Galvanised stay strand of 7/3.15mm size upto 7.50m long stay strands with clamps and bolts, excavation and concrete shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

S&F in-repair of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of Shackle Type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one 31x3mm galvanised mild steel straps, washers, 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 75mm height, 90mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only in-repair of porcelain insulator of any type, any size and of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of 10mm dia rigid PVC line separator/ spacer suitable for 2/3/4 LT line of wires, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips (5 Nos. Strip of 300 mm wide each) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 250 Amps, 50 Hz, conforming to IS/IEC 60898, with Thermal Magnetic release, overload, short circuit fault protection 3 phase, breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, with Spreader terminal of both ends, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 27 here-in-above, but for 160 Amp capacity MCCB, breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 27 here-in-above, but for 100 Amp capacity MCCB, breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 27 here-in-above, but for 63 Amp capacity MCCB, breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore(light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) Item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr earth lead GI earth wire.

All as per Item No. 31 here-in-above, but using 25x4mm galvanised steel strip as earthing lead protected by 32mm dia (light grade) GI pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in-replacement of Factory made (CPRI Approved) floor mounted Outdoor cubical type LT Panel Board of size 900 X 700 X 450 MM fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet and angle iron 50 X 50 X 6 mm frame totally enclosed dust and vermin proof both side hinge opening arrangement on front and back, centre openable double door with locking arrangements, cable entry and exit from bottom with cable glands and gaskets, earth strip connections, Digital VAF Meter- 01 Set (Make- L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand/ Siemens), including LED indicating lamps- 03 Nos (Make- L&T/ Schneider/ Legrand/ Siemens), internal wiring of suitable size to be used for incoming and outgoing connection of all switches/MCCB's & Bus-bar. The TPN aluminium bus bars of capacity 300 Amps shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator, connected with Aluminium lugs, including powder coat painting (RAL-7032) on the surfaces externally & internally including necessary preparation of surfaces and providing PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following :- (a) Internal wiring with single core copper conductor cable/ PVC Insulated Copper Strip of suitable size incoming to bus bar and bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB-1Job. S&F in-repair of APFC relay of 08 steps and of size 96x96 mm suitable for upto 50KVAR APFC panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of CT coil 100/5 suitable for upto 50KVAR APFC panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of indicator lamps 22.5mm suitable for APFC panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of MOC 12.5 contractor 240 Volts, suitable for APFC panel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cutting and trimming of tree branches, around OH electric lines and cleaning upto 3.00 m from the OH electric lines including cleaning and removal of trimmed tree branches from site as ordered, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Dismentalled ACSR/ Earth wire, etc. during trimming shall be re-fixed at its original position at contractors own cost.
