Servicing / over hauling of 3 Phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz , RPM 2900 Submersible Motor Pump set of capacity upto 30/25/22.5/20 HP( Make- Calama, Texmo, KSB,) installed installed inside borewell and jackwell at Rekhamari along with following others repairs. (a). Disconnecting delivery water connections Lifting column pipes along with connected submersible motor Pump set, submersible cable by making necessary arrangements from bore well ,setting aside and stacking column pipes for reuse complete all as directed by Engnr-in-Charge. (b) Dismantling of Submersible Motor Pump- Set complete part by part carefully , testing all coils of submersible Motor , degreasing bearing and display all the parts without damaging any portion for inspection of Engineer-in- Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (c). Reassembeling the motor complete with all existing serviceable parts, greasing the bearing with bearing grease , and new parts as ordered by Engineer in Charge.( New parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Item here-in after) (d). Painting the repaired motor and column Pipes externally with one coats of red oxide paint and two coat of synthetic enameal paint of shade as directed by Engnr-in-Charge. (e) Reinstall the Motor at its existing Position by Lowering column pipes and submersible Motot Pump set inside Bore well ,connecting Suction/ delivery Lines, all cable connections and testing on completion Note :- (i). Any Parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item as ''Supply only'' (s) of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is included in unit rate quoated against this Item. (ii). .Any unforeseen minor repair and minor parts ( Total cost less than Rs 200 ) that are not covered under Item No- 71 to 78 but required to complete the repair work/smooth functioning of Motor shall be deemed to be included with the unit rate .Transportation of Stator/Rotor parts for machining , rewinding at lathe shop at Tezpur / Rangapara is also deemed to be included with unit rate. iii). Rewinding of stator/rotor of motor, any machine work where involved shall be measured and paid separetely against relevant item of this schedule.
