Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick externally on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint using autoroller for making the surface uniform complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Fe- 290 (Gde E- 165)Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel Surfaces of any description,apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Hard core, broken stone to gauge n exc 63 mm including for stacking materials in regular heaps/ stacks for measurement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as per specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 70 mm thick cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finishing with even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and Labour for Prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed beding layer (1:6) Cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing M.S flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 kg/sqm supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing Point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width and 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including modular surface box of adequate size with suitable modular plate cover for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling for one light/ fan point controlled by one oneway modular switches including one run 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed for the following:-

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 32 mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed as bracket, on wall any type, not less than 1.5 m long and bent to shape as required complete with sutiable clamp made out of 25x4mm Flat iron duly fixed 12mm dia nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for laying of Bricks in trenches as cable protection ; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘A’ designation 75 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, of 40 mm dia with all fitting; laid in trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v].
