Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment and surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for water proofing treatment to flat roofs and edges, applying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 150gms per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3Kg/Sqm, after necessary cleaning the surfaces. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Cover fillets in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregateof radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of grade 30/40 conforming to IS-73,applied @1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 appled @0.40 kg/sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45 cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mm x 25mm (minimum) shall be made in cover fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall / mumpty/ other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Exposed surfaces of APP membrane shall be applied with one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100gms/sqm (vi) Contractor shall submit approved company generated 10 years warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final Bill (vii) The primer and membrane shall be of same manufacturer.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting/galvalume sheet any guage, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering,complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

- Ditto- but plain steel sheet as in eaves boarding with necessary fixing arrangement, protective cover for crumple joint, fixed with screws duly grouted to concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for grease and foreign matter and applying two coats of BTD (Benzothi Adiazole) for water proofing (high solid water based, cold applied, single component elastomeric in situ liquid membrane) @ 1 Kg/sqm by brush/roller/airless spray over a coat of primer @ BTD with water in (1:1) ratio @ 400gm/m² including taking down old APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note: It shall be carried out by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. Contractor shall submit company generated warranty card at the time of submission of RAR & Final bill.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of 110 mm bore dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of 110 mm bore dia PVC (SWR) bends complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing 500 litres tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing 1000 litres tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in positioncomplete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing 20 mm steel water Tubing and connections in existing position of floor, wall or ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20 mm Tubes, 'Medium grad', galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, haking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10mm + 5mm) externally in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @200ml/50kg of cement on top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer’s instructions and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
