Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide or 10 Sqm on plane and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, Pole, shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of UG cables etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for clean and dry sand (unwashed) in trenches and cable ducts including spreading and levelling for cushioning of underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 Volt grade cable for indoor termination complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 150 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x3.15mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Copper earth lead strip of size 20x3mm, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke andcommon salt in alternative layer of 15 cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for concealed type flame proof point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm cable for one light point controlled by one one way flame proof switch,with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth drawn in and including stove enamelled steel conduit pipe of dia (20/25mm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix FLP/WP Switch 16Amp single pole ON/OFF.

Supply and fixing of flameproof industrial ceiling fans single phase 230 v, sweep minimum 1200 mm complete all as spepcified.

Supply and fixing of flameproof Exhaust Fan single phase , 230 V of size 300 mm sweep dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of flameproof MCB SPN DB, 4 way made of cast aluminium alloy or heavy duty mild steel sheet, powder painted with 200Amps rated busbar, neutral link, earthbar and Din rail, 230 Volts with single door incluiding MCBs incoming and out going of suitable ratings complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore light grade from earthing test point or main controling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternative layer of 15 cm (compactedd thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15 cm C/C bothways and MS bar handle made of 10mm dia bar) including necessary earth work in excavation,returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including earthing pit cover etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing/install and testing high wall split units air conditioner inverter type indoor/outdoor with cordless remote control unit, electric driven single phase 230 Volt of capacity 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated with copper condensing unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for infput variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with uotput voltage stabilized at 230 Volt with accuracy of + 2.5% and capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sheet metal enclosure with socket plg top and MCBs for single pole and neutral encloser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Submain wiring with two single core multistranded copper cable of 2 x 4.0 sqmm & one solid/stranded copper cable of 4.0 sqmm for continuous earth wire (2x4.0 Sq.mm + 4.0 Sq.mm) both PVC insulated & un-sheathed drawn through and including PVC heavy duty PVC casing caping of 20/25 mm dia complete with all accessories or to be fixed on wall respectively including white washing/ colour washing/ distempering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
