M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

Supply & Laying sub class B Bricks, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of Galvanised Iron Pipe 32mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid under Floors or Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with and including Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 25 here-in-above, but for 50mm bore (dia) GI Pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Erecting in true vertical position of Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.00 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws with and including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer including necessary earthwork in excavation in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50.0m, Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles filled upto ground level and Cement Concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1(20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping/Padestal of Poles and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork as required at Site(s) and dismantling the existing old damaged LT pole of any type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by scraping and removing old paints, rust, etc. from Steel Tubular Poles (above the Planting Depth and PCC Copings of 9.0 Metre length Pole) and Mild Steel Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. and applying one Coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate Yellow & Black Strips (5 Nos. Strip of 300 mm wide each) and remaining portion of Pole and Cross Arms, Cable Protection Pipe, Brackets, etc. treated with One Coat of Aluminium Paint, including writing of pole numbers with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 250 Amps, 50 Hz, conforming to IS/IEC 60898, with Thermal Magnetic release, overload, short circuit fault protection 3 phase, breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100% of Icu, with Spreader terminal of both ends, connecting and testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in-repair of On load Changeover Switch with sheet metal enclosure and advanced neutral switch, Four Pole (FP), 63 Amps, 415 Volts, conforming to IS/IEC 60947-3 with and including all accessories, connecting up and re-fixing of cables with proper lugs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Item No. 35 here-in-above, but for 100 Amp capacity Changeover Switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead of 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 40 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 2009 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs) including taking down old damaged earthing, complete all as specified & testing on completion.
