M&L for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder content (paving bitumen of VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, the surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and tandem vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through Govt. approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.42 per Kg . (iii) The thickeness of SDAC indicated above is the minimum thickness, Further, it is clarified that no payment for the addl. thickness in case required to be provided to achieve the desired levels, slope & making good the undulations etc, all as directed by the GE, shall be made.

M & L for thermoplastic road marking paint, white or golden yellow, conforming to BS-3262 applied on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, exc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2mm, with and including combination of retro-reflective glass beads 250-300 gm/ Sqm all as per manufacturer's instructions, using thermoplastic application unit etc, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix of standard delineator (Red, Yelow & White colour combination or of any other colour combination as directed) superior product design with Type XI DG 3 reflective sheeting uniquely designed ellipsoidal body, diamond grade reflective sheeting on both sides of the delineator, 3.5 feet height provided ;at site as per manufacturer’s instructions embedded in and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 in ground of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm block, also including excavation of hole and removing excavated material from site and including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix of solar powered environment frinendly, LED based road stud made of aluminium alloy shell, 100% waterproof design according to IP 65 of dimension 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 60mm), high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt, one Ni Mh or NL-cd rechargeable battery (1.2/1600MA), six super bright LEDs with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd9 millicandela, View distance : up- to 1000 meters, flash rate : 2Hz, bearable weight : 10 tons approx, working time for 3 to 4 days, provided at site as per manufacturer's instructions (Make : Dhruv Model of Dark eye or equivalent of make 3M as approved by the GE), including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix for reflective polycarbonate (Road Stud) of ABS confirming to INC code 67-3977 having load bearing capacity of 13.5 tonne (point load) of approx size 100 x 90 x 18mm high with reflectors on both sides, on road surfaces with and including epoxy/approved adhesive all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

M & L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M &L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 75mm thick type B-2 using 40mm aggregate all as specified and as directed.

M & L Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specified and as directed.

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
