ROAD / HARD STANDING M & L for 150mm thick GSB (Granular Sub-Base) grade V as per TI:09/2018/Table 400-2 of MORTH Specification/ IRC Specification, spreading in two layers not exceeding 75 mm thick each, watering, ramming / rolling by tandem vibrator roller & transverse gradient and required camber for achive field compaction at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density) determined using modified procter density determination method as per IS code, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing 100mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in single layer with crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, rolled and consolidated using 8 to 10 tonne capacity tandom vibratory power roller to required gradient and camber to achieve minimum 98% density of MDD determined using modified procter density determination method as per IS 2720(Part-8) and as per MORTH clause 406, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Dry Lean Concrete (DLC), 100 mm thick, compressive strength not less than 10mpa at 7 days for each consecutive group 05 cubes or individual strength of cube shall not less than 7.5 MPA at 7 days over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383, Size of aggregate n exc 40 mm ( grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC,SP :49 specification), design mic , minimum cement content shall not less than 200 Kg/Cum mixed in batching plant transported to site laid with paver including spreading and compacted by using double drum smooth wheeled 80 to 100 KN static weight vibratory roller including necessary form work, finishing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if quantity of cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceeds 200 Kg. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness.

Material & Labour for 400 micron thick black HDPE Polythene film of GRADE-I under PQC road / Hardstanding/ under floor etc as per specification with specified overlap, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Side lap shall be 150 mm and end lap shall be 300 mm. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the laps.

M&L for preparing new concrete/ bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc not exceeding 10cm width with two coats of water based road marking paint in white, golden, yellow, orage or red colour over a coat of primer comlete all using road painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M & L for on site LLDPE septic tank of capacity 2000 litre, with necessary strong basement with concrete as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost of basement shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.)

Drilling Trial Bore hole by Direct Rotary mechanical method through any kind of soil, boulders /reverse circulation method of size 200mm (8") dia and upto 135m depth, as required at site, below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/boulder complete all as specified on IS 2800 and directed.

Reaming of bore well from 200 mm dia to 525 mm dia hole in three steps from 200 mm to 350 mm, 350 mm to 450 mm and 450 mm to 525 upto 60 m depth below the ground level from the top of groung, including MS casing pipe of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel,complete all as specified and directed.

Reaming of bore well from 200 mm dia to 450 mm dia hole in two steps from 200 mm to 350 mm and 350 mm to 450 mm for depth exceeding 60m but not exceeding 135m below the ground level from the top of groung, including MS casing pipe of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: In case additional reaming of bore well is required due to site condition beyond 135 metres below ground level, the same will be measured and paid for under Sl item No. 13.32. No extra claim what so ever shall be entertained by the Dept. at later stage on this account.)

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of hire charges of plants & machinery required for development of bore well including their transportation charges upto the site of work, fuel & lubricant and operator etc required complete in all respect.)

Testing of tube well for yield after development by continuosly pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS strainer Y type conforming to IS , Size 50mm (2") dia but 200 (8") dia , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Submersible pump, 6 WHP capacity, electric driven 415 V TP suitable for 200/250mm dia bore well (Casing pipe size 200/250mm) supply and install complete, inclusive of starter, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying and testing PVC insulated and sheathed flat submersible cable with stranded copper conductor of size 3 core 6 sq mm 1100 volts grade including lugs and fixed in submersible pump set, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CI valves, reflux , with bypass arrangement , 100 mm (4") dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installatin of Iron remover plant complete with pressure filter, catalytic media, air compressor , back washing facility including RCC foundation of capacity 2500 gallon/hr, complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

Supplying, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing 100 mm bore (Nominal) Ductile Iron pressure single socketed pipe centrifugally cast ISI marked, with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS 8329/2000 standard length, of K9 specification provided with internal cement mortar lining with seal coat of compatible epoxy based material and externally painted with metallic zinc with finishing layer of bituminous paint for potable water complete with and including EPDM rubber ring joints as per IS:5382 (1985) all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber of internal dimension 600 x 600 x 600 mm depth with sub class 'B', old size, in CM (1:4) and 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) ,PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate ) as in foundation lean concrete ,PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 50x50x6mm angle iron 5mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking system ,hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preperation of surface ,three coats of white wash on plastered suface (exposed to view ) including necessary excavation in soft loose ,soil ,returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not excedding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of HT 11 KV , 3 Phase 50 Hz , Indoor type, totally enclosed, vacuum circit breaker having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter including CTs and PTs of suitable rating confirming to the IEC 62271 -200, and of rating upto 400 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal boring with trenchless technology for passing protection pipe with and including HDPE pipe 80mm bore, under road / foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a single length, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of main LT panel of size suitable to accomdate mentioned accessories , factory made (CPRI approved) indoor cubical compartmental type double door both side openable with hinged doors & locking arrangement made out of not less than 2 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of size 50 x50 x6mm angle iron frame including earthing stud lebeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 stage process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1 with danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitrious enamelled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500Volts grade with necessary wiring with PVC sheathed strander al conductor of appropriate length size with and including fixing lugs bolts, screws etc complete all as specified and directed. For safety , panel shall be finger touch proof and it should have IP-20 Protection in module door open condition. Busbars shall be made of high conductivity, and high strength Aluminum E91 grade as per IS 5082-1981, of rectangular cross sections better suitable for full load current for phase bus bars and half/ full rated current for neutral bus bar or as per requirement . The busbars shall be supported on non-breakable, non-hygroscopic epoxy resin or glass fiber reinforced polymer insulated supports.The material and the spacing of the Busbar supports should be same as per the type tested assembly (TTA). All bus bars shall be provided in a separate chamber and all connections shall be done by bolting. Panel comprising of the following accessories :-

CRANE: Design, supply and installation of flame proof EOT crane, double girder type having span of 9.5 m, long travel 36 m, clear hook height 3.0 m and weight lifting capacity of 5.0 Ton considering following conditions complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Internal dimension of Bldg is 36m X 19.4m X 5.2m with partition wall at middle. (ii) Clear hook height available from FFL is 4.2m (iii) The operation and micro speed of crane should be as following:- (a) Main Hoist:- 8-10m/min, type of motor squireel case with VVF (Veriable voltage veriable frequency) control drives. (b) Micro in main Hoist - 0.8 m/min. (c) Cross travel - 5 m/min (d) Micro in cross travel - 0.5 m/min (e) Long travel - 10-15 m/min (f) Micro in long travel- 1m/min (iv) EOT crane fitted should be fire/flame proof and comply with the safety specification given in the STEC pamphlet No 7. AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chilled water Central Air-conditioning system of capacity not less than 60 TR (2x30 TR working and 1x30 TR standby) including following items and other items as required for satisfactory performance of the plant complete in all respect for Igloo Bldg all as specified in respective drawings to achieve the inside design conditions as per ANNEXURE ‘A’ and details as given below :- Note 1 :- (a) Contractor / bidder are advised to visit the site to check the desired inside design conditions carefully and submit the bid only after ascertaining the capacity of the AC plant required to achieve the inside design conditions. (b) Contractor / bidder should submit complete design for the Central AC plant comprising of heat load calculations, working drawings of complete AC plant supported with design/calculations of each component duly vetted by IIT/NIT within two months of the date of commencement of work through GE for the approval of Accepting Officer before execution of the work. (c) Contractor/bidder will be responsible for performance guarantee of complete AC plant to achieve the inside design conditions round the clock throughout the year with overall COP of the system not less than 3. (d) Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Chilled water Central Air-conditioning system shall be undertaken through Manufacturers/ Specialist Firms. Note 2 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall be complete finished work including cost of all labour, material, scaffolding, finishing as required with tools, plants, cartage, lift, taxes, tollage, octroi, royalties etc. All works shall be executed as per drawings and instructions of Site-in-charge and shall include the supply and installation at site of all the equipment, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what-so-ever which may be required to fulfill the intent and purpose as laid down in the drawings. All materials shall be as per ISI specification and with IS certification marked wherever applicable. The material shall be duly approved by Site in-charge before incorporation in the actual work. Note 3 :- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be include for Manning & Operation of AC Plant during the period of seasonal tests.

Cooling twoer shall be provided with statically and dynamically balanced one no anti corrosion treated axial flow type fan-direct driven or driven through special veveled reduction gear box with TEFC induction flame proof motor with IP-65 protection, suction screen make up and quick fill arrangemetn, overflow and drain connections and suitable inspection hot-dipped glavanized ladder, access arrangement for coolong tower interior, anti vibration mountings etc complete as required. The unit shall be installed at proper foundation as per requirements. PRIME COST SUM. The prime cost is to used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1(v) and 5 of IAFW-2249. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs. 6,00,000.00 for Provision of four sets of Steel Roller Treadway (Each Set consists of two Nos Steel Roller) in all the 02 Igloo Buildings as approved by GE. (b) The contractor is to quote the amount in the money column i.e. in Col 'M' adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes :- (i) Item(s) covered under Prime Cost Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote amount adding over the amount of prime cost sum to cover his overhead and profit.
