Comprehensive maintenance as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies for period of six month after disconnecting suction and delivery pipeline of pumps of capacity 10000 GPH at a head of 100 feet (Make Kirloskar/Beacon), lifting and removing from its existing foundation to the location (inside/ outside building) as directed by Engr-in-Charge, dismantling carefully the pump completely checking and segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning/ washing and servicing the serviceable parts as per OEM's reccommendations, replacing unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump completely including painting external surfaces of pump with MS foundation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of surface and marking of SM, MES or Ser No, installing to its existing foundation, connecting up, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Spare Parts for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here-in-after.

Supply and fix in repairs, Electronic Timers, Type ST 100, 240 /415V, 50Hz, Time-Delay 3 - 30 secs/12 - 120 secs,operating voltage band of 160V to 500V with Star-Operation LED display to indicate Star to Delta changeover, complete all as specified and directed. (Cat No.ST80328OOOO/ST80329OOOO of Make “L&T” or equivalent Model of Make Siemens/ Schneider/ ABB).

Supply and fix for Fully Automatic Star Delta Motor Starter in sheet steel enclosure, suitable for Pump/Motor 3Ø, 415V,50Hz,10 HP, with over load relay range 6-10 Amps, coil voltage 360/440 Volt, type MK1, all as per Cat. No. SS96255COVO/SS96255POVO of Make ‘L&T’ or equivalent Model of Make Siemens/Crompton Greaves/BCH (Bharat Cuttler Hammer), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Fully Automatic Star Delta Motor Starter (with Wideband Coil) in sheet steel enclosure, with SPP features, for maximum submersible pump rating at 3Ø, 415V, 50Hz,15 HP,11 KW, with over load relay range 11-18 Amps, type MU-G15 FASD, all as per Cat. No.CS94091SOCO of Make ‘L&T’ or equivalent Model of Make Siemens/Crompton Greaves/BCH (Bharat Cuttler Hammer) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical connections carefully from the penal board and lifting of submersible pump motor of 15HP/20 capacity from existing bore well including column pipe with all accessories and removing the same to the location (inside/ outside building) complete all as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of Six months for 15 HP capacity submersible pump sets installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies by overhauling/servicing cleaning thoroughly discharge/suction cases, impellers ,shaft and assembling pump carefully after replacement of suction strainer, 'O' ring, wearing ring, Bearing bush upper & lower, valve seat, valve ring, required quantity of impeller, machining works ( if any) including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of pump external surface complete with and including(a) Lifting of defective submersible pumping set of any make and capacity from bore well after providing lifting tools , chain pulley etc. as required carefully, by disconnecting/dismantling all electric connections, column pipes, steel ropes/chain and keeping them under safe custody for reuse all complete and (b) Lowering of repaired /overhauled/rewinded submersible pumping set of any make and capacity inside bore wells after proper coupling of pump and motor , fixing old/new chain with clamp, connecting/refixing existing/new column pipe lines with new rubber gasket 3 mm thick, nuts, bolts & washers carefully with the help of chain pulley etc. & carefully re-connecting all electric/water lines and testing on load to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Comprehensive maintenance as per Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEMs) reccommendations installed at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies for period of six month after Disconnecting of electric connection of pumping set non clog capacity 5 HP pump and motor 3 phase 415 volts, lifting and removing motor from its existing foundation to the location (inside/ outside buildings) where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, dismantling the motor carefully, checking, segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts thoroughly by approved method (part like stator, rotor, terminal box, bearings, shaft, key etc) heating, drying and varnishing including replacemnt of burnt winding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge and good quality of insulating materials including replacement of unserviceable parts as required (Note: New parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only under item Nos 5 to 20 here-in-before ) re-assembling the motor installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connected up and testing complete all as directed. Taking up or down 25mm bore galvanised iron/ steel tubing from borewell and replacement of injector of size 25mm bore and refixing the same in position with all necessary connection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/ dismantling the gland of 10 HP/ 15 HP booster pump and replacement of CI gland after casting and grinding from lathe machine, refixing the same after repairing including gland packing and rope as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed.

Material and labour for seven stage cleaning and starlization inside the existing RCC over head tank of capacity 100000 gallon through bacteriological treatment by using E-in-C Branch approved chemical as recommended Engineer-in-Charge and ultra violet ray at pupm house No.1A, 2A, 4 & 5 at any height (as per site requirement ) including suitable staging Seven stage are as under follows:- (a) First stage is to drain out the water bu using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the stage formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5 or any chemical as approved by E-in-C's Branch and recommended by Enginner-in-Crarge. (c ) Third stage is scrubbing the wall and floor with mechanised scrubber and fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scaling, angle and other formed particles on internal surface of tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first bacteria screening is de-gemification by using TERBAC 5G or any chemical as approved by E-in-C's Branch and recommended by Enginner-in-Crarge. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to free of any foreign and loose particles of anu nature.

(f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which will be 360 degree of sterilization with in the tank to kill all the suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterilization of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seneth stage of cleaning and third bacteria screeing is to sterilize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 or equivalent any non-toxic bio-degradable eco-friendly anti-bactarial agent certified by a Govt approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens. (h) Appying two coats of white washing to complete internal surfaces from the OHT after scraping of old surfaces and painting stair case railing over black painted surfaces with white letter complete all as specified and directed. No. : (i) Removing of bee heavs and cleaning of vegitation grown on tank shall be done by the contractor without any extra charge. (ii) All T&P required at site for cleaning of tank shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost.. (iii) All safety measures, safety belts, helments and other safety tools required at site for the trademens deployed for cleaning of tanks (under ground and over head RCC tanks) shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Contractor has to clean the tank after tanking permission from Eng in Charge in one week advance. (v) Contractor shall use dewatering pump and industrial vaccume cleaner for cleaning of tank. (vi) Contractor shall deploy sufficient labour for cleaning the tank with stipulate time period of same day so that water supply from that tank would not be hampered. (vii) Contractor has to submit the photos of inside tank before cleaning and after cleaning to the Eng in Charge before claiming for payment. (viiii) Contractor shall provide ACP sheet of size 400 mm x 400 mm on each tank for writing date of cleaning of tank and next due date of cleaning on blue base with white colour. (IX) It is mandatory that contractor shall submit the insurance certificate minimum 5 Lakh sum assured of all staff/employee employed by him for the above mentioned works. .

Material and labour for ladder as per existing specification with cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape of size as indicated or directed and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer including taking down existing unserviceable ladder at OHT and under ground sump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, digital auto level controller 'Model ALC MK-I' including top mounted non-contact type Ultrasonic Liquid transmitter (Probe unit), level indicating controlling box including water level monitoring and control digital level indicator transmitting range upto 6metres or 10metres with operating voltage 220 volts and maximum temperature 60°, complete all as specified and as directed.
