Provision of soil investingation work including conduct of standard penetration test up to the explored depth, collection of samples at different depth for field and certain lab test such as : (a) Classification of soil properties (b) Direct shear test (c) Tri-axial-shear test (d) Consolidation test (e) Field test (f) Liquid limit (g) Plastic limit (h) SP gravity (j) Relative density (k) Natural moisture content (l) Swelling index (m) Settlement analysis to determine bearing capacity for soil at foundation level. Note :- For depth upto 15.00 m or refusal and submission of 06 copies report shall be as per IS code duly vetted by any NIT/IIT.The report must include (i) Area plan showing the bore hole location duly marked. (ii) Soil strata profile along with soil classification. (iii) Record the depth of water table. (iv) Test result of soil paramaters like CN etc. (v) Recommendation type of foundation ,depth of foundation (vi) Liquifaction Analysis (vii) Recommendation for soil filling under floor

Mobilization charge for shifting of necessary equiptment siting as per instruction, proper positioning for testing, arranging labour etc at place in Missamari Mil Stn, filling up after completion as per orininal ground condition as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

Architectural Services: 1. Architecctural design for following Blocks of building as per specification mentioned below: Block 01 (OMQ) (a) 01 Married Officer Living Accn for Sqm Ldr & above (S/S) - 156.315 Sqm (b) 01 Servent Qtr for Sqn Ldr & above (S/S) - 22.300 Sqm (c) 02 Marrided Officer Living Accn for flying Lt & above (D/S) - 199.100 Sqm (d) 02 Servent Qtr for flying Lt & above (D/S) - 44.600 Sqm (e) 03 Car garages - 54.00 Sqm Total Plinth Area of Block 01 - 476.32 Sqm Block 02 (SMQ) (a) 02 Married Accn for Sgt & below (D/S) - 148.100 Sqm (b) 01 Accn for Sgt & below (S/S) - 74.05 Sqm (c) 02 Car garages & 01 Scooter garages - 38.00 Sqm Total Plinth Area of Block - 260.15 Sqm (i) Visiting the site by Architect of the proposed work along with his team of Engineer. (ii) Preparation and submission of Architect concept (Min two nos) alogwith preliminary line plans in Auto CAD for the proposed building for approval. (iii) Preparation of working drawings of the approved line plans based on sound architectural practices ,relevant IS codes NBC, CFEEES Delhi , Zonal specification , vernacular Architecture ,Green building norms ,sustainable and Energy Efficient Design and features ,Tls issued from time to time ,other applicable,building codes and norms ensuring human and structural safety and as per floor/plinth area and other details mentined in Adm Approval/BPs and as directed and or by approval of CWE Tenga. (iv) Preparation of drawings of building servicecs i.e. Internal /External layout of Electrification, water supply, sewage disposal, Road Path culvert etc and schedule of finishes and getting it approved from respective sections and submission of along with finalArchitectural drawings. (v) Total plinth area of proposed buildings to be provided as per items of works column & AS & AE'S Pt -lI. (vi) Supply of self-sufficent final architectural designs & drawings in Auto CAD for the bldgs. Services drawings, Schedule of finishes site plan and any other details drawings as required. The above mentioned building shall be of (vii) RCC frame structure withRCC roof unless otherwise directed. (viii) Wall shall be of 240/230 PCC/Fly ash Brick / 200 AAC block, partition walls in toilets may be of 120/115 PCC/Fly ash Brick//100 AAC block. (ix) Plinth height shall be 450 mm/600 mm/ 750 mm/ 900mm high above ground level and be confirmed from E-2 (Plg). (x) Flooring shall be as per schedule of finishes / as directed. (xi) RCC shelves and other built in items shall be provided as per scale of Accn /as per requirement /as directed. (xii) Wall Cadding /dado snali oe as per schedule of finishes or as directed in certain rooms. (xiii) Preparation of Electrical drawings/ FireFighting details alongwith FF tank (if required) on roof top as approved by electrical/E4 secton. Also supply of details relvant to building plans, elevations, sections, door windows etc alongwith toilet, kitchen details etc or any other details explaining the overall concept of building. (xiv) Preparation of schedule of finishes drg as directed by E-2 (Plg). (xv) Preparation of site plan shown B/R& E/M services finalized by E-2 (Plg) E-4 Section. (xvi) Supply of one set cf original tracing on Garware brand (tracing film 90/100 GSM) alongwith soft copy in CD/DVD (in Auto CAD format).Any amendment required during tender presentation and on later date during execution shall be made by the consultant and requisite copies cf the amended sheets shall be submitted free of cost. Clarification, if any, during execution till completion of the project. (xvii) Consultant will submit floor area/plinth Area Statement comparing with that provided in AA/Accn Statement Pt-ll building wise & room wise. (xviii) Submission of seven sets of white prints after acceptance of tender.
