M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick set & jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished fair and even, laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length, 12 mm wide and 50 mm deep joints shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with mastic filling to full depth comprising mixture ofheared blown bitumen 85/25 grade and two parts sand, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base etc finishing cement concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete, all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, rubber moulded, designer (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with coloured top laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and RCC posts & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whiting, complete, all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces on ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices etc and applying one coat of white wash, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel barbed wire of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 3.15mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100x100mm with straining bolts, 10mm dia round bars with 0.9mm dia MS binding wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc), binding and jointing complete, including necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for sepaRately as supply only.

Supply only mild steel round bars of 10 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing , complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only MS flat iron conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe- 290) for fixing chain link fencing, all as directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks for hold fast etc. including necessary formwork wherever required, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling Concertina wire fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair CONSEC-ZAL Super Razor punched barp tap (SRPBT) Aluminium based helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing complete all as specified and directed with following specifications:- (i) Dia of coil (when unstretched) -610 mm (ii) No of circles-51 turns per coil (iii)Weight of each coil with hessian pack 8.50 Kg + 0.50 Kg (iv) Coverage per coil-8RM (v) Central core wire:- Made from 2.50 mm dia GI-H.T.S.S wire as per IS-4454 galvanised as per IS-2629 (vi) Razor punched strip:- Razor punched tape is CONSEC -ZAL steel comprising of Aluminium base with Zinc alloy coating@ 150gm/Sqm conforming to ASTM A-792/A-792 M with additional primer treatment of Epoxy/ Polyurethane & Final Paint Top coat of Caulfield green shade (BSL 139) by Hot Dipping Process complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:-Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose)

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, window/door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, boundary pillers and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair,complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- The cost of nuts, bolts & washers for jointing to the members of trusses shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate by tenderer . Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Dismantling AC sheet (Corrugated, Semi corrugated etc) as in roofs etc complete all as specified

S&F 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet "colour" having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bituminous washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length & girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick including fixing to each other jali all moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel, chrome finish frame work for sgn board(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) including necessary fixing hanging fabrication, drilling fastening etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix retor reflective cautionary signage as per IRC 67 made out of High intensity Prismatic (HP) retro reflective sheeting having polycarbonate limit as 30% to 60% by weight and conforming to ASTM 4596 type IV standard. The retro reflective film to be pasted on 2mm thick aluminium sheet conforming to IS-737 standard and back side of the board will be having grey or black powder coating complete with manufacturers guarranty of 7 years of retro reflective sheeting (Make : Avery Dennison/ 3M or equivalent as approved by GE) including dismantling of old board etc complete all as specified and as directed.
