M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness, WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having average 07 days compressive strength not less than 7Mpa. Minimum cement content must not less than 140 kg/cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported and laid to site including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achive minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing. The tolerances to be as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for road and bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 125 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per Table 1 of SP 49:2014 having average 07 days compressive strength not less than 7Mpa. Minimum cement content must not less than 140 kg/cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported and laid to site including spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 KN static weight to achive minimum dry density not less than 98% of maximum dry density, necessary finishing. Supply and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300 mm complete all as specified and directed Note: No additionaI amount shall be paid for overlap

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual and free from organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 225 mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field flexural strength of 45 Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense, non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer including PQC laid, spread and compacted by fixed form paver . Required surface texturing shall be done as specified in Clause 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC: 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Finishing concrete surface by brooming complete all as directed.

Supply only non-Circular synthetic fibre as secondary reinforcement as per specifications given by E-in-C's branch vide policy letter No. 95610/Policy/Mon/E2W(R1) dated 26 Oct 2020.

M&L for forming 25 mm width expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC (slab thickness 225 mm thick). Early entry saw and subsequent cutting by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. The Joint shall be cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. The joint then shall be filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board thereafter application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia, over filler board and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of + 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breaker tape on top of backup rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of + 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for forming dummy/contraction joint with an initial saw cut of 3 mm soon after the concrete has set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1 /4th the thickness of the slab widening the first saw cut to 6 mm and 24 mm deep by using diamond bit cutter of appropriate size straight and smooth edges Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell, medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8 mm dia application of bond breaker tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212 , BS-4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) OF + 30% having minimum 10 year performance guarantee applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous/concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 32 mm dia and 1.20 m long as dowel bars in PQC pavement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for columns, hooks ends and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia (or) securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for columns, hooks ends and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia (or) securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; of any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls , beams, and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and like etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Returning filling in including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and deposited where as directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m height above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 1.5 km and n.exc 5 km and deposited where as directed at a level n. exc 1.5m height complete all as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in road side berms or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick ,spread, levelled, rammed including watering and consolidated to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Sub base of floor rough surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with 20 mm graded crushed stone aggreagate as in coping , benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerb stones, pier caps, (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc. and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F dual reflective cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic stud 110 x 128 x 30 mm double moulded solid state having ultra voilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with four round discs containing 28 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12 mm and of 120 mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road speed breaker of size 420 mm width and of height 70-75 mm made out of strong weather-resistant hardened rubber capable to withstand weight of the vehicles comprises of segments of colour black/ yellow. Length of one segment 490-500 mm and having 2 x 2 = 4 numbers glass reflective lenses suitable for fixing with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing culvert of RCC, Brick and like complete all as directed. Note: The tenderer shall visit the site before quoting his rates.
