Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, including PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bedding and coping and 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15cm below ground level providing valve pit 40 x 40 x 6mm angle iron flame all-round the fixed point by means of 4Nos holdfast 150mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 6mm embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stoned aggregate) of size 23 x 200 x 100mm including provision of hinges welded with angle iron frame and MS cover 3mm thick, MS handle of suitable and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement including 65mm dia Godrej pad lock and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Modular type 25 Amps power unit combine with on/off switch complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixed security light fittings 30 watts, minimumm lumen output 100 lumen/Watt, made up of pressure dia cast housing with prismatic polycarbornate diffuser and individual LED with secondary optic and IP65 including necessary connection complete including 25mm dia light grade GI bracket with nut bolt and clamp complete with all accessories including connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor of suitable size complete all as directed.

Supply & fix LED bulb 15 watt 6500 k complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED decorative wall light made up of high grade engineering plastic material suitable for LED 20W complete as per manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure for VT DB TPN, MCB DB TPN 4 way (with provision for MCCB as INCOMER and MCB as out going), Confirming to IS as per IEC 61439-3, IP 43,double door including 63 Amp, 25 kA,TP MCCB as incomer (Vertical type double door, 63 Amps MCCB rate inclusive) including fixing the DB box flush in wall of any type and making good the distrubed surface to match as the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make Legrand/ Seimens/ Schneider/ L&T. Note: DB and MCCB/MCB shall be of same make.
