M & L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling Size of grid 605x605mm,comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, haking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed with grey cement pigment and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed beding layer (1:6) Cement mortar complete all as per specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed M.S work as in bands, straps, support or stays for rain water pipes including bolts, if required hooks(stay), heavy, for large gates,hooks & pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chains,hand made sliding bolts,clamps & hold fasts, wall ties,hooks for hanging fans and similar small articles conforming to Fe- 410-O or Fe 310-O all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type B0 1:2:4(12.5 mm graded aggregate) for hold fast complete all as per specified and directed.

M & L Prime the surface with approved water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane with water @ 1:1 ratio (200gm chemical: 200 gm Water) and use as primer @ 400 gm / m². Allow the primer coat to touch dry condition. Apply 1 st coat of water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane @ 0.8 kg/ m² by brush / roller / airless spray while the primed surface is tacky. For faster and smoother application, apply with airless gun.Allow 1 st coat to dry for 10 - 12 hr. Apply 2nd coat of water-based, UV-resistant liquid membrane @ 0.8 kg/ m² by brush /roller / airless spray for final 1200 micron in two coats,including taking down old APP membrane and preparation of surface. Note:- Apllication shall be done through authorised applicator.

Dismantling MS work of any description complete all as directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F M.S flat iron fillets (for securing welded mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Welded steel wire fabric n.exc 4 kg supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Corrugated steel Sheets any gauge, thickness, Nainital or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings complete all as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) including wall fittings, bends, shoes etc including cleaning or refixing complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water/soil waste pipe etc complete as directed.

M&L 200 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, posts including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts including rivets or nuts and bolts, providing and fixing cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc and also for wedging, plumbing, turning up & fixing complete all as specified and directed.
