Material and labour for coating with foodgrade coaltar epoxy resin (two part reaction hardening chemical resistant coating of low solvent content based on coal tar epoxy resin in combination with mineral fillers) Sika Interol poxitar (or equivalent in MYK Arment Pvt Ltd (ReArm Tar Coat)/ Thermax/ Pidilite/ FOSROC) after through mixing of a Base base and hardner, the mixed material is applied on the steel surface including second coat where it is needed. Since the pot-life is very short, application must be done very quickly. (Inside of tank application only). complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down old corroded / rusted / wornout MS plate, angle, frame, tie rod, cleat, round MS pipe etc complete any description not otherwise provided for by cutter or arc welding or gas cutting complete and kept aside for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix structural steel works including fabrication, welding for framed work such as compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc joist channel, angle, tee section ladder, frame work of water tank railing channels for mounting and support structure, Tie rod, Angle iron, bracing angle, cleat for base plate etc complete all as directed, MS Plate, MS chequered plate, cross arms, bracing, support clamps and base plate fabricated out of structural steel sections (Fe.290-E. (Gde-165) including welding, bending hot or cold, cutting, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required in staging or structure of over head water tank (up to height of 20 mtr) quality as directed and including two coats of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for carefully dismantling of top cover of pressed steel tanks for repair work including all T&P for dismantling, lowering old corroded / wornout pressed steel sheets/ plates including tie rod and angle iron from tank from top by opening corroded nuts & bolts of any capacity on height 15 to 21 Mtr in situation or by cutting with cutter or by gas/ arc welding or opening alongwith connected sheets of tank or complete opening of sheet panels of tanks, supporting angles and taking down in ground and kept aside in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed . [Note : (a) Necessary T&P required for the job be included in the quoted rates.]

Supply, erection, hoisting and fixing galvanished pressed steel plates 5 mm thick for side plates as per existing sample for side plates of galvanished pressed steel tank at the top of 15 to 21 mtr height staging with and including provision of nuts & bolts , jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty, epoxy etc to make the joints leak proof including arc / gas welding if required complete including painting with two coats of zinc chromate red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed. [Note : All components of pressed steel tank including plates, nuts & bolts etc shall be galvanished as per relevant IS and the rates quoted shall be inclusive of same. ]

Re-fixing only including erection, hoisting of old serviceable galvanished pressed steel plates/ sheets 3.00/ 3.15 mm thick for top cover as per existing sample for top cover of galvanished pressed steel tank at the top of 15 to 21 mtr height staging with and including provision of nuts & bolts , jointing materials such as good quality rubber gasket, lead wool wire, black putty, epoxy etc if required to make the joints leak proof including arc / gas welding if required complete including painting with two coats of zinc chromate red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : No separate item will be paid for re-fixing. All components of pressed steel tank excluding steel plates/ sheets but inclusive of nuts & bolts etc shall be galvanished as per relevant IS and the rates quoted shall be inclusive of same.

Material and labour for painting of MS structure of of PSS tank of capacity 2 LG from outside tank all sides including MS staging upto height of 20 Mtr height having, MS structure, MS/CI/DI Pipe lines inlet/outlet/overflow include fittings and various type of valve as per colour code complete from ground level to tank including one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint of Sky Blue colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete fixed in structure of PSS tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing in MS structure of PSS water tank of heilght upto 20 mtr for roof conductors and down conductors above ground up to test point complete incl taking down old strip complete all as specified and directed.[Notes for item 01 to 17: (a) rates include T&P and staging, staged overhead, scaffolding in side and outside required if any for the job in the quoted rates against BOQ item No 1 to 17 nothing extra not to be paid on this account. (b) After repair work if any leakage found during testing or with in a period of two years, contractor will repair the same without any extra cost.(c) necessary safety measure should be stricty maintained by the contractor labour/ person employed in the worksite during execution of work. contractor himself or his auth competent person should be present during execution of work.(d) The complete work will be carried by any professional agency or in persons supervision of same and after completion of work necessary testing certification be obtain by them by the contractor rates to be included in the quoted rates.(e) All persons deployed in work be insured as per norms and copy of insurance will be submited to Engr-in-Charge before starting the work.]

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised iron strip of size 20x3 mm as earth lead upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40 mm bore GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mm C/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 200 mm bore cast iron flanged & drilled both ends sluice valve, (ISI marked) long body type, conforming to IS 14846-2000; Class PN-1.6 with iron wheel head & Stainless Steel spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber / fibre board gaskets etc and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rubber or fibre board gaskets for flanged joints for size 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rubber or fibre board gaskets for flanged joints for size 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS level gauge of same length having marking of levels at various intervals with bold letters, so that it is visible from ground level. The work include fixing the gauge by welding , painting and connected assy such as level indicator, float ball, SWR rope and fixing level in wall of OH PSS tank of upto 20 Mtr height complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair top of OH PSS tank,testing and commissioning of twin dome aviation obstruction light with two Nos LED 10W lamp 230V single phase complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, laying, fixing on MS structure through MS clamp or saddle including protection pipe of size 25mm bore MS pipe light grade and XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade single stranded corss-sectional area 4 Sq mm 3 core and connected to near by street light point complete all as specified and directed . Note : Earth work required if any any be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for DI fittings for spigot and socket pipes of size 100 mm to 450 bore such as bends(any type,radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross(all sockets or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down repairable/leakage DI/CI rising /distribution flanged pipe of size 150 mm dia by opening from tank, supporting angles etc, nuts & bolts and kept aside for serviceable pipe refixing and damaged pipe for further disposal.

Refxing the Flanged CI/DI pipe of size 150mm dia by nuts & bolts alongwith rubber gasket and supporting MS angles in overhead PSS tank of height up to 20 Mtr include leakage testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Rubber flanged joints with nuts & bolts to be measured and paid under relevant items.

Refxing the Flanged CI/DI pipe of size 200mm dia by nuts & bolts alongwith rubber gasket and supporting MS angles in overhead PSS tank of height up to 20 Mtr include leakage testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes : Rubber flanged joints with nuts & bolts to be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of 150mm bore size DI water mains with flanged ends, class 'K9' confirming to IS-8329/2000 in any length, laid in trenches/walls/floors/ceilings with new fittings including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed .Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of 200 mm bore size DI water mains with flanged ends, class 'K9' confirming to IS-8329/2000 in any length, laid in trenches/walls/floors/ceilings with new fittings including rubber gasket, nuts, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed .Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep including cleaning away all grass vefetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, under growth, rooth , levelling & spreading water and removing rubbish, accumulated sand/mud/wastage up to a distance 200 mtrs outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for pole foundation incl demolition old concrete from base of tanks complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of pole incl demolition concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for writing the letters "PS TANK CAP ____ LG" as specified and "SAVE WATER" on the tank having uo to height of 20 mtr staging with white synthetic enamel painton front side and "MES" on other side. size of letter not less than 40 CMs complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for MS hard nuts & bolts astorted size alongwith double washers (High tesnion/anti slip type) siitable for use in PSS tank complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 150 cm x 150 cm x 120 cm (internal dimensions), using old size sub class 'B' brick, built in CM 1:6 and 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 both internally and externally with 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in benching complete with and including 2 mm thick mild steel sheet cover (mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 coping), fitted with proper locking arrangement, hinges and handle of suitable size and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces, including necessary earth work ( in soft/loose soil), returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m . including demolition of old valve pits complete all as specified and directed.
