(D) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, indoor type, floor mounted, cubical auto mains failure panel suitable for 25 KVA DG set, fabricated using 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated/ painted, including suitable rating bus bar, prewired including provision of connecting incoming & outgoing bus bar, including able to display Alternator Voltage/ Mains Voltage, Frequency, Load current, Battery voltage, PF, DG Set fails to start, including selector switch, Auto/Manual/reset Selector switch as approved with necessary foundation and including Battery charger and MCCBs and power contactor of suitable rating at both incoming and outgoing supply as per manufacturer’s recommendation. (Note: AMF Panel shall be installed outside the acoustic enclosure).

(E) BASE PLATE: Common fabricated base frame for engine & alternator made from structural Steel channel, jerk proof on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation including adequate number of anti-vibration pads in adequate quantity all as per the recommendation of the manufacturer (Note:- Cost of suitable size of PCC foundation is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

(F) DIESEL STORAGE TANK: Fuel tank of MS sheet of capacity not less than 12 Hrs continuous operation on full load with fuel level guage, drain plug, locking arrangements etc including connection to Engine through fuel filter/ manual feed pump as per manufacturer recommendation.

(G) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, leveling certification etc as laid down in GSR No.371(E) dt 17 May 2002.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipment/ panel/ test point at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments, 20 dia bore GI pipe 'medium grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, test point, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles including excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
