SCH 'A PART VIII (Miscellaneous B/R and E/M works) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only

Mobilization/Transportation eration and dismantling of all required equipment at proposed site including deployment of shifted and suitable personal for effective soil investigation as directed.

Carrying out Soil Invetigation as per relevant IS codes complete all as specified and directed incuding following :- (a) Boring 1500 dia hole at various location as shown at site by Engineer-in-Charge in and kind of soil buyt excluding rock, collection of undisturbed sample at every 1.00m depth. Collection of disurbed sample at 10mm depth - 01 No bore hole. (b) Carrying out following laboratory tests on the soil samples as per IS codes. (i) Sieve analysis and Hydrometer tests for indentification and classificaiton of soil on properties and grain size. (ii) Specific gravity of the soil. (iii) Studies of settlement characteristics of soil bassed on consolidation tests and liquid and plastic limit. (iv) Stratification of Soil for entire depth of bore log including ground water table locations and other properties. Evalution of shear parameters of undisterbed soil samples by adopting direct shear test. (v) Nature moisture content (NMC). Void Ratio and porosity, Tri-Axial and direct shear test and unconfined compression test of undisturbed samples and Bulk, Submersed and Dry Density of the Soil. (iv) Plate load test at appropriate depth to evaluate modulus of sub grade reaction as per relevant IS specification complete all as specified and as directed. (v) Compitation of SSI Report as per IS Vix Field and Laboratory test reult, preparation of repoorts, Recommendation for different type of foundation, water tablewith clear unambigoud recommedations for types of foundation for all structures with bearing capacity pile capacities. (C) Submition of report booklets 05 (Five copies with CD 01(one) copy duly incating the following :- (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Toal and differential) along with recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted. (ii) Specific suggestion if any for Soil treatment if required below foundation/ground floor/Roads and type of treatment to be carried out. (iii) Bore log digram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith their depths.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting 1 x 20W (+/- 5%) , 220V,AC with extruded strip in thermally conductive material & extruded housing in optically efficient material milky white with system lumen efficacy 120 lumen per watt minimum system 2300 – 2400 and make of LED Chip : Osram, Cree ,Nichia, Seoul , Samsung . Integrated electronic driver , SMD based LED constant current supply with double sided connection to avoid short circuit and surge protection greater than 2.5 KV , IP 20 protection and CRI80, Power factor 0.95, THD less than 15%, correlated Colour temperature (CCT) of 6500K, Operating Voltage of 140 V to 270 V , frequency of 50Hz , burning hours 50000 hours with comprises of CRCA pre coated metal housing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F street light bracket fabricated out of GI Tubing light grade 40 mm bore Bend to the shape as directed and of length 1.5 mtr complete with mounting MS clamp of flat iron size 40 X 5mm of suitable length 02 pairs incl nut bolts etc of suitable size, including all as specified and directed.

Design, fabricate ,supply ,testing and commisioning of LT feeder pillar box out door type of size 1100X1100X 600 mm fabricated with 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel front and rear openable vertical cubical type installed over properly supported legs suitablily grouted to PCC with copper bus bar, phase indicator lamps & internal wiring including the following accessories. Construction of measonary valve pit chamber with burnt brick (Sub class "B") in cementmortor (1:6) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 and PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed or size internally climent on (600 x 600 x 600) mm size with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with locking arrangement hinged with (40 x 40 x 5) mm angle iron frame embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfacescompleted including earth work all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in and including PVC casing capping/conduit (ISI marked) with accessories such as bends, cross, elbow, tees etc. of suitable size including MS pressed steel cadmium plated terminal box not less than 1.6 mm thick for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover(ISI marked) including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sq mm(nominal area) copper multistarnded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for one light point/Exhaust fan/ceiling fan/ call bell point point controlled by one switch Note : Wiring Color code i.e. Red/Yellow/Blue for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained.

S & F Switch piano flush type single pole one way 5A SP 230 Volts.

S & F Ceiling rose surface type 3 terminals 65x20mm compelete all as specified and directed

M & L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLS PVC insulated un sheathed multi stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade for 3 Pin socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board with PVC conduit (ISI Marked) medium duty not less than 20mm dia with accessories such as elbow, tees,internal & external bend etc. of suitable size including continuous earth wire FRLS PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper multi stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified. Note : 1) Wiring Color code i.e. Red for Phase, Black for neutral and Green for earth shall be maintained. 2) Necessary chase cutting for conduits if requires, shall be measured & paid separately under respective items in this schedule.

S&F Switch Socket combination outlet 2 in 1 3/5 pin 5 and 15 Amps flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Installation of Solar water heating system ,Flat plate collector type ,with heat exchanger of 500 litre per day capacity ,with electrical heating back up complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240V, 6-32 Amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting existing steel tubing of size 20-25 mm dia for alterations or additions (incl all fittings) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 20mm dia GI pipe galvanized Medium grade including fittings for ceiling mounted complete all as speicified and directed.

S&F chromium plated Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head ,screwed each down iron pipe of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure of Bus bar of 4 way with 200 amps rated bus double door bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying bricks (sub class-'B') laid in trenches as cable protection with width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.(using silver sand consolidated thickness after tampering shall be measured & paid ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.
