Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc

Taking down carefully old serviceable Main Switch, DB's consisting of MCBs wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc for kept in store and for later use all as directed (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Taking down ceiling fans/exhaust fan of any size,dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB distrubution board TPN 4 way double door, sheet steel, phosphatised, powder coated with 200 amps bus-bar, neutral link,earth bar and din rail, 415 V, complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB distrubution board SPN 8 way double door, sheet steel,phosphatised,powder coated with 200 amps bus-bar,neutral link,earth bar and din rail 240 V ,complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN, 415 volts 40- 63 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity, C series, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic

Materials & Labour for sub main wiring with two run of 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) single core cable PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cables (FRLSH), 1100 Volts grade drawn through PVC casing-caping of suitable size, fixed on surface of wall/ceiling etc with all necessary fittings and accessories and one run of 6 Sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor (FRLSH) as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) PVC Casing-caping/conduit, two run wiring cables and one run of earth wire will be measured as one length (b) All incoming and outgoing cable shall be connected by using proper lugs & sockets.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for clear sand cushioning with dry clean sand for protection of cable, 15cm below the cable and 8cm above the cable, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payments.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid width wise across the length of cable in trenches for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for boring holes 1mtr deep in soil under roads/PCC as directed for cable passing through pipes of required size and disposal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m. (Note: Connected items like Pipes is measured and paid seperately under relevant items).

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq.mm 3.5 Core, ISI marked as per IS-7098 (Part-I) 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, under floors, through GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (1) Pipes shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (2) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately. complate all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for 50 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm and one PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm green in colour as earth lead in and including PVC rigid casing caping (medium grade) with all fittings & accessories including provn of MS sunk terminal box of minimum thickness 1.6 mm fixed flush to wall for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator etc with 3mm thick hylum sheet top cover with screws & cup washers for one light / fan point / complete. NOTE : Cost of making good the disturbed surfaces (if any) matching with the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder and LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Materials & Labour for GI bracket made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets of clamps grouted in wall with four number of wall fastners , bend to shape all as directed, length of GI Pipe shall not be less than 1.5 meter for fixing of light fitting including taking out old unservicable bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB Single pole, 240 volts 6 to 32 Amps 10 KA rupturing capacity, C series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB Single pole, 240 volts 40 Amps 10 KA rupturing capacity, C series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB Single pole and neutral, 240 volts 40 Amps 10 KA rupturing capacity, C series complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials & Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers protected by 15mm bore light grade GI pipe, funnel with 20mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering, wire mesh, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 15cm centre to centre in both direction and 10mm dia MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I and testing the base in which pit cover rests made up of MS angle iron (Frame) complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing all in one hybrid for 60 watt LED Solar light with built in mono crytalline Panel, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LiFeP0) Battery, MPPT Charge Controller and PIR Sensor, dimming profile complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only old street light fitting obtained from above item to new location , including nut and bolts with all acessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.50 metres long) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer except the planting depth which shall be painted with black bituminous paint including writing pole number using suitable paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and Earth work, PCC filling shall be measured and paid separately.
