Crack Treatment: Inspecting the surface for any cracks. Cracks if any have to be sealed with epoxy repair mortar after clean or removal of cover concrete and making 'V' groove of 20mm wide and 10mm deep cover crack line along the length of the crack by elctrically operated angle grinder with diamond concrete saw blade and cleaning it by air blower complete all as per manufacturers instruction and as directed.

Sealing of exposed 'V' groove of 20mm wide and 10mm deep with Sikadur 31 or equivalent solvent-free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, structural adhesive and repair mortar, based on epoxy resins and special fillers, designed for use at temperatures between +10°C and +40 °C. Product should conforms to ASTM C 881-78, Type I, Grade 3, Class B+C : compressive strength 60 N/mm2 (14 days) according to ASTM C881 : bond strength 10 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C882 .

Supply and fix for Turbo Ventilators Industrial/domestic turbo ventilator as per Manufactureres Insturction :- (i) (Turbine Dia 28 Inch (760mm), (Nech/Throat-24"), (Height-18"/610mm) (Vanes(Blades) - 42 Vanes, Aluminium 0.50mm Alloy 8011), Base Ring MOC(Mounting ring - Stainless steel),(Top plate MOC- Stainless steel 0.80 mm thickness). (ii) Rotation - Twin sealed 6203ZZ bearing with self lubricating duponty zytel 101L Polyamide 66 resin to ensure frictionless rotation even at lowest wind velocity Twin sealed 6201ZZ bearings with self lubricating Duponty Zytel 101L Polyamide 66 resin to ensure frictionless rotation even at lowest wind velocity. S&F nylon HDPE bird proofing net of 2 cm pitch as directed. Note : Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to inclusive of necessary scaffolding and all other fittings and binding materials as required for fixing the net complete all as directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

S&F pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws and including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness complete all as specified and as specified.

M&L for repairs to sliding iron door of hanger, area exceeding 25 Sqm including greasing ,oiling rollers including taking down if requred and refixing after repairing and including replacment of small accessories if required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch/ cut out/ DBs of any type/ capacity/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down the existing unservicable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down the existing unservicable UG cable of any type/ description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. seperating serviceable fittings/fixtures, keeping in safe custody reuse under respective item and removal of unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Concealed conduit in RCC slab/beam shall not be not be taken out and same shall be reused for passing out cable

M&L surface point wiring for light/fan/bell, buzzer points controlled by one, one way switch complete controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps complete with 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor single core PVC insulated unsheathed FR-LSH cable 1100 volts grade (ISI marked) with proper colour coding drawn through and including steel conduit medium grade with accessories (ISI marked) fixed in wall/fixed to roof, ceiling etc including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable FR-LSH (ISI marked) as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, fabricated suken terminal box made out of MS sheet steel not less than 1.22 mm thick for boxes duly painted with aluminum inside and anticorrosive paint outside,(clear depth of the box not less than 60mm and this shall be increased suitably to accomadiate flush type regulators) concealed in walls, with 3mm thick bakelite/plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc duly earthed complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:-(i) Connections of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be sone through proper size of copper/brass thimbles.

M&L in replacement for Joists of Motor, bracings, supports, clamps, straps D-clamps, back plates and MS frames fabricated from structural steel sections such as MS channel, angle iron and flats of suitable size etc including nuts, ,bolts, washers eye hooks, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of steel surface complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole 200 Amps, thermal magnetic type with breaking capacity 36 KA with thermal magnetic release at 415 volts,including spreader terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, VTPN DB, 08 Way, double door,Metal door ,IP-43 IK 09, with and including 4 Pole MCCB as incomer, and MCB;s as Outgoing , 250 Amps rated copper bus bars,earth bar,neutral links, complete including blanking plates as required & fixed flush to wall and making good the disturbed surfaces including complete all as specified and as direct. Note:- MCB's required as Outgoing shall be measured and pair seperately under appropiate items

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ floors/ on wall/ run through pipe/pole and connecting to the main switches/ cut outs MCB/ MCCB/Pole with necessary lugs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M & L for Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying /taking out of LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed as a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying well burnt Bricks , locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks) laid in trenches perpandicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified.

Supply , spread and filling approved sand in cable trenches for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

M&L 50mm bore GI pipe light grade with all necessary fittings (ISI marked) as in cable protection fixed to pole, laid in trenches/road/floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below the ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts & nuts,check nuts & washers made of galvanised steel, earth wire protected by and including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab (1:2:4, type B1)reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 100mm center to center bothways including one handle made of 10 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, 20 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth wire GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
