Supply, installing, connecting, testing and commissioning of distribution transformer of capacity 100 KVA as per IS1180 (Part-I): 2014, energy efficiency level 3 at 50% load 392 W and 100% load 1365W oil immersed type, step down, double wound (copper), out door type, ONAN type cooling, connection symbol Dyn 11, HT winding with delta connected, LT winding with star connected with neutral brought out, HT (11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz), LT (433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire), with off load tappings on HT side of vary secondary voltage to + 2.5%/ + 5%/ + 7.5% within limit all as per IS-2026 complete with first filling of IS-335 marked filtered and dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with VECTOR GROUP Dyn-11 complete with all fittings, accessories and including foundation mounted on and including platform of size 1.5x2.0x2.0m high (outer dimension) built with 150mm thick PCC (1:5:10) type E2, foundation extending 150mm on both side of wall with wall of 380mm thick of RR stone masonry brought up to courses built in CM (1:6), 450mm below GL and 945mm above GL duly pointed with raised pointing in CM (1:3) on exposed faces and flush pointing in same mortar as the work proceeds on faces in contact with soil, floor of 55mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 laid in bays over 100mm thick hard core approved earth filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) including earth work, foundation in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with all other connected items, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp suitable for 11 KV with connected accessories like nut, bolts, washer etc and making connections properly to earthing system, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, 11 KV out door type gang operated witch air break, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps swing out expulsion fuse single pole (drop out fuse) for 11000 volts of capacity 100 and upto 200 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 Sq.mm, 3.0 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying for, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore ‘light grade’ for protection of UG cable, laid under the road/ path/ along the pole with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts, etc. including taking down existing unserviceable pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion.

Material and labour for, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x3.15mm aluminium strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, single disc assembly with disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved) out door type, dust & vermin proof feeder pillar box made out of 3.15mm CRCA steel sheet of suitable size and angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm powder coated over a coat of red oxide primer suitably grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including bus bar, internal wiring with PVC insulated single core cables of copper conductor of suitable size duly numbered with tags for the circuits with hinged double door shutters (front and rear) cubical type, locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel board shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here-in-under and also suitable for operation on AC 415 volts, 3 phase, 50Hz supply system including disconnecting of electric connection both incoming and out going from existing unserviceable indoor/ outdoor feeder pillar boxes/ bus bar enclosers alongwith taking out panel from the foundation complete all as specified and directed. The feeder box shall comprises of following accessories:- (a) Incoming:- (i) MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 36 KA - 01 No. (ii) Digital multifunction meter with selector switch - 01 No. (iii) LED indicator R-Y-B, set of 3 - 01 No. (b) Outgoing:- (i) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 25 KA - 02 No. (ii) MCB DP 6-32 Amps, 240 volts, 'C' curve, 10 KA - 01 No. (iii) Digital multifunction meter with 3 Nos CTs & selector switch - 01 Set. (iv) Space for one MCCB 4 pole upto 80 Amps

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set 100 KVA/ 80 KW (Prime Power), 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 1500 rpm 0.8 lagging power factor including diesel engine as per IS 1001/ 1002, alternator as per IS 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, coupling, common base plate, acoustic encloser, 12 volts DC battery, 180 Ah, including AMP panel complete necessary connection arrangement, exhaust system, foundation as per OEM recommendations sound proof canopy norms as per CPCB-1V+ norms, cylinder 4 in line fuel tank capacity 200 litres, complete all necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor and as directed. Note:- DG set necessary load testing made by the contractor without any failure and including PCC platform complete all as specified and as directed by OEM. Rate for testing shall deem to be included in the unit quoted rate.
