Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20MM graded aggregate) in cover slab in set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete in 1:2:4 type B0 as water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20MM graded aggregate) as in coping and benching including use and waste of form work and finishing the exposed faces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm dia bore, all as specified.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendring, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finish, and reinforming benching as required for 200 mm dia pipe.

S&F for DWC pipe 200mm dia. with coupler SN-08 conforming to IS 16098 (Part 2) : 2013 laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition / breaking up damaged SGSW pipe of any position and of internal dia of pipe 200 mm including demolition of PCC, and removing dismantled material where directed at a distance n exc 50 m all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking up old cast iron water mains 150 mm bore (dia) with all fittings with spigot and socket ends/ Flanded pipes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of Ductile Iron (DI) Pressure 150 mm bore (dia) with Spigot & Socket Ends, Centrifugally Cast (Spun) with Cement Mortar Lining in Inner Side confirming to IS : 8392 /2000 in standard length for classification class K-9 and other relevant standards and Metallic Zinc Coating followed by a finishing layer of Epoxy Paint in outer side, suitable for Push-on Joint (Rubber Gasket Joint) in any length and laid in Trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. .Make- Electrosteel casting ltd or equivalant Make of Tata/Jindal. Note- 1.Excavation and DI Specials shall be measured and paid separately . 2. Rate of rubber gasket is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

M&L Cast Iron Sluice Valve 150 mm bore (dia), comply with IS:14846-2000, Class PN-1.6, both Ends Flanged, having Gun Metal Working Parts, Stainless Steel Spindle with Cast Iron Hand Wheel with all necessary fixing Arrangements such as Gaskets, Mild Steel Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc. and testing including taking down unserviceable Sluice Valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.Make- Kirloskar or equivalant Make of Sant/Leader/KVMC.

M&L for PCC of type B2 1:2:4 ( 40 mm graded agrgregate) cement concrete in foundation/ road filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for supply, jointing and laying in trenches on any type of surface including testing of HDPE DWC pipe of class SN-8, with base of 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate width of PCC bedding shall be 100 mm extra to dia of pipe on both sides, with encasing at every 2 mtr length centre to centre(Length of encashing shall be 450 mm for pipe dia less than or equal to 300 mm with PCC 1:3:6, laid and jointed incl coupler and rubber sealing ring complete conforming to IS 16098 and testing as per EN 13476 standards of pipe dia 150 mm.(Note-PCC bed shall be paid separately.)

M&L for Concrete bed type C2 1:3:6 to 100 mm bore drain pipes including forming cradles as directed by engr in charge.

M & L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

S & F Sub-Class ‘B’ Brick, well burnt, laid breadthwise along the length of Cable laid in trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI Tubing light grade of size 40mm dia in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing/pole protection fixed with clam as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road of any type (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface with the help of GI Tubing not exc. 40mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and as directed.
