Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified & as directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all asspecified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sided and soffits of plinth beams and similar works; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces of concrete, flat, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sqcm but area not exceeding 250 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 design mix in columns; pillars; piers; posts; struts etc,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface rough and fair as in sub base floor/paving/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregatesas finishing even & smooth without using extra cement as in floor /paving/hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel works, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 12 to 20mm, length of bolt exc. 10cm but n.exc.15cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00 mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia. and over up to and including 10 mm dia. in stirrups, spacers, binders etc. cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut 12 to 20 mm dia of shank and length of bolt exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Ornamental designer gate made out of precast designed cast iron ornaments section fabricated and framed with other section with gusset plates , braces , etc. complete incl hanging or sliding with hooks and hinges and locking arrangement, handles with and including all connected acessories and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint as approved pattern ( colours as approved by GE) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP long life Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand over a coat of exterior wall primer on new concrete/wall including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls including preparing new plastered surfaces of wall by means mechnical process / Machine as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in ( colours as approved) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer and 1mm thick wall external wall care putty , up to 10 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed Note:-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
