Military Engineer Services Tender

AMC by OEM of AC Plant including repairs of Cooling Tower, Ducts, Pumps, Hot Water, Generator, AHU of BOCC, Gurt Complex, SSC & ASB Complex for period of 01 year maintenance including spare parts, consumables like refrigerant gas, lubricants etc. Major and minor repairs necessary for smooth operation of AC Plant. Any defective equipments parts of AC Plant shall be replaced without any extra cost”. Note: (i) The AMC of 3rd year of maintenance will start by the next day after completion of AMC 2nd year. (ii) All the other items/ parts which are not mentioned in the item, if required necessary for smooth operation of AC Plant shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Note:The AMC for the period of two years after completion of work ie during DLP is deemed to be included in the quoted lumpsum and nothing extra shall be permissible to the contractor for the same.

Outsourcing for Manning & Operation of AC Plant for 03 shifts of 08 Hours each per day by one skilled AC Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift and each location at BOCC & Gurt Complex and 02 shifts of 8 hours each per day by one skilled AC Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift and each location at SSC & ASB for the period of 01 year after the date of completion of work”.
