NOTES : FOR ITEM No. 1 To 10 (a) Output Result of the RECD should be as per CPCB-II Norms as applicable and the OEM/ Manufacture should have Valid type CPCB Approval Certificate. (b) The Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of T&P Items such as Crane/ Hydra, etc. as required at Site of Work. (c) The Scope of Work includes Emission Control System with PRV, Inlet and Outlet Pipe and Electric Panel and all Accessories as required at Site of Work. (d) The Device should not have any Bye-Pass Arrangement. (e) DG Set shall be Tested on All Load Pattern as Available at Site during Post RECD Installation. (f) WARRANTY : The OEM shall provide Warranty of all respect for One Year Post Completion of Work/ Installation. (g) Contractor shall Furnish Manufacture's Written Instructions and Requirement about the Use and Maintenance of RECD System, its Operation and Maintenance Schedule.

Excavating in Trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Laying of Electric Cable Line, Water Pipe Line, etc., Forming Surfaces to required Foundation/ Gradient and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Levelling, Watering, Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, Providing Heaps with Surplus Soil along the Route of the Electric Cable Line, Water Pipe Line, etc., in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in Depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in Depth after laying the Cable) and Consolidated (Punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Consolidated (Punned) thickness of Sand Cushioning Only will be Measured and Paid.

Supply & laying Sub-class ‘B’ Bricks of Size 230x115x75mm, Kiln burnt, for Covering to UG Cable as Protection, laid Flat, Transversally Width Equal to the Length of the Cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 25mm bore (dia), Light grade with Bend, fixing to Electric Poles with suitable Size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. as required / directed will deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.
