M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20mm aggregate) as in foundation of pole etc complete including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm aggregate) as in coping of pole etc complete including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install steel tubular swagged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 Mtr long) complete in all respect.

Provn of Astronomical street light panel, 3 phase, range 6 KW conforming to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 with protection grade IP 54, complete internal wiring with FRLS wire, in built short circuit protection including 32 A TP contactor and TPN of 40 A rating complete inclusive of PCC foundation all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M & L for cutting / welding/ fabricating, Installation , Testing and commissioning of LT Bus Bar Feeder Piller Box outdoor type having provision of double door openings with rubber beadings cubical type of size 0.6x0.6x0.15 Mtr as directed by the manufacturer, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet compartmentalized with rubber beadings, angle iron 25 x 25 x 5 mm shall be used for making legs/ frame, duly preparated, primed with aluminium red oxide and powder coated internally and externally, including provn of Aluminium Busbar and MCCB 4 pole 415 Volts adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting Ics=100% Icu type of capacity 100 Amps, 16 KA breaking capacity and suitable insulators and suitable cable glands of required size as per site requirement for LT Cable entry including provn of PCC Platform of suitable size with PCC 1:2:4 all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Design, Supply, testing and commission cubicle type LT Feeder Pillar Box, (FPB-1) outdoor type mounted on pedestal, CPRI approved factory totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof (protection class IP-65), (front opening) with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS-5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approved shade after seven tank treatment process. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall consist of Alluminium Bus Bar of 100 Amps with suitable size of PVC copper conductor, thimbles glands complete all as directed with the following accessories. The cost of the PCC pedestal is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item. The panel will comprise of the following : (a) DPX MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp, 16KA - 01 (b) Analog type panel meters, CT, indicators with protective fuses, selector switches etc of suitable ratings.Qty-01 Set. (c) Time switch suitable for round the clock operation including 3 Pole Power contactors of 50 Amps rating, outgoing TPN 32 Amps, C-Curve, -01 No and SPN 16 A -01 No allied accessories for bypassing arrangement and as directed for street light control. Qty - 01 set.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core including suitable connecting lugs all as directed.

Boring across the road, pavement, hard standing etc. for including & insertion of GI pipeof 80mm bore light grade pipe for passing of electric cable through GI pipe.

Supply and fix junction box made out of polycarbonate with IP 55/IP 65 protection of size 200 x 160 x 98 mm including - 02 Nos cable terminal, 02 Nos polycarbonate cable gland , 01 Nos DIN rail and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA 0.5-5 Amps 'C' series.

Supply & Fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing materials(Epoxy Based) and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured AL conductor cable of size 120 to 150 sq mm.

M&L for GI pipe bracket of size 40 mm dia meduium grade of length not less than 1.5 Mtr long and bent to a shape incl fixing on pole / wall with 02 Nos MS flate clamp of suitable size incl nut bolt and washers complete all as specified and as directed.
