Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm size burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mm below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to galvanised wire 4.0 mm dia size upto 7.5 m length by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no. 5 of SSR part-1 including necessary excavation earth work, drilling of holes for electrode, PCC 1:3:6 type C1, RCC cover slab, 50 mm thick with 1:2:4 type B1, using 8 mm CTD bars 140 mm C/C both- way with suitable handle ,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, charcoal, salt all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge including taking down old u/s earthing assembly all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical wire of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any type / size and make, taking down from its position, opening, cleaning and greasing after removing the blade to make noise free smooth operation including replacement of wornout capacitor, capacitor holder wire connector with pvc twin twisted wire assembling and placing its position using new clamp set (clamp, rubber bush and nut and bolt including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : 1 Spare parts like capacitor, clamp set, pvc twin twisted wire to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any sweep after dismantling complete motor assembly, bearing bushings, shaft, roter, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearing, bushings, shaft, roter assemble with capacitor, connecting wire, down rod blades and testing complete all as per specified and directed

Material and labour for rewinding of exhaust fan of 250 mm to 380mm sweep after dismantling complete motor assebly, bearing, roter shaft, removal of burnt copper wire, cleaning of core, inserting proper insulating paper in slots, winding with and as per existing size/ turn of super enamelled copper wire, heating, vernishing, replacement of unserviceable bearing bushings, shaft, roter assemble with capacitor, connecting wire, blades and testing complete all as per specified and directed

Supply, Installation and testing of maintenance free Earth (grounding) Electrodes of overall size dia 17.2 mm dia Molecularly copper bonded 250 micron on steel electrode 3 M long. Earth electrodes should be directly inserting in the bore of size 200mm dia x 3000mm depth with Terranite and TEREC+ chemical compund with the Good quality field / paddy soil as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Resulting in increasing of the contact surface area of the earth electrode and to achieve the desired earth resistance value as per soil resistivity during its entire life of 15 years in the all type of soil including dry, rocky or soil having boulders & gravels etc with required numbers of multiple interconnected earth electrodes as per the design calculation/ soil resistivity of the location of the installation complete incl taking out unsv/ rusted earthpit of any type. Make : SGI Engineers Pvt Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE(I). NOTE : The rate shall also include the rate of the following :- (i) Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound "Terranite" having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, dispersion chemicals, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 25 Kg/each bag - 02 Nos. (ii) Earth enhancing soil treatment chemical compound "TEREC+" having essential chemical ingredients, such as ionic chemicals, diffusion chemicals, dispersion chemical, expansion chemicals & hygroscopic chemicals to provide stable low resistance for earth terminal to make maintenance free- 5 Kg/each bag - 03 Nos. (iii) Supply and laying of hot dip (85 to 100 micron) GI strip of size width 25 mm x Thickness 6 mm, horizontally in a trench at a depth of 600 mm below the surface level to interconnect the multiple earth electrodes with embedding of strip in high quality chemicals upto 3m for interconnection between electrodes and then cover the horizontal trench with sieved / fresh field / paddy soil and dress to a level surface. (iv) To be provide test certificate to this effect from the manufacturer.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil etc n. exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5m but n. exc 3m for foundation/earthing pit etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HDPE medium duty earth pit cover of size (300mmx300x210mm) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specifiedd and as directed

Taking out old un-serviceable strip / pipe / plates / chemical earth electrodes from the soil with GI / Aluminum strips, test points, terminal boxes of all sizes and removal of old material and debris from the work site, complete as specified and as directed.

Removal of old un-serviceable GI / Aluminum / Copper strip of any size including removal of saddles, screws etc. and making the disturbed surface good, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of copper strip for roof and down conductor, size 20 mm x 3.15 mm, on insulating saddles with SS screws up-to earth bus bar on the wall near the ground at 1000 mm above the surface level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of copper strip removed from item item No 7 for roof and down conductor, size 20 mm x 3.15 mm, on insulating saddles with SS screws up-to earth bus bar on the wall near the ground at 1000 mm above the surface level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix U-Clamp bolt (copper with gun metal) nuts and bolts Machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of dia as per recommended by the manufacturer.

Supply and fixing in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phsphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw inc taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing GI Pipe of 40mm dia "light grade" suitable for protection of earthing strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of Good quality field / paddy soil as directed by Engr-in-Charge, to be obtained from outside of defence land, for re-filling the trench or earth pits complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation of the earth work of bore 200mm dia for 3.2m depth by using suitable technology/ boring machine/ manually for placing the vertical Earth electrodes with chemincal compund and paddy soil complete all as per specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge and AGE(I).

Supply and fix Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long incl U shape clamp of aluminium with suitable nut and bolt on roof of existing Accn incl dismantling and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium strips 25x3.15 mm burried in an underground/fixing along wall/roof etc including with insulators (heavy duty) big size, screw, saddle, for roof conductor /down conductor and connecting with test point properly on existing OTM/Md Accn incl dismentling and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI Strip 32x6 mm burried in an underground/ fixing along wall/ roof etc including with insulators, screw, saddle, for roof conductor /down conductor and connecting with test point properly on existing Accn incl dismantling and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC earth pit cover size 60x60x6 Cms suitable for earth pit complete all as per specified and directed

Repair/ maintenance of existing earthings (Chemical/convetional type) ie repairs pits/ pit cover/ broken strips/ funnels etc complete at domestic & technical area including connecting of eath strips complete all as per directed.
