NOTE : (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under estimated rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is a rough guidence and for reference only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contractor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The Acceptance of contractor's offer shall be done for quoted percentage rates on MES Standard Schedule of Rates. The work orders for various works/services shall be placed for amount worked out / priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor but cumulative amount of all the work orders including quoted percentage, contract as a whole shall not be exceeded Rs 700000.00 (Seven Lakhs only).

NOTE : (v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works / services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extent irrespective of the amount worked out / mentioined in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works / services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2010 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done / work done.
