Taking out unserviceable stay assembly including necessary excavation and demolition of PCC foundation and removing the same from site complete all as specified

Taking down existing unserviceable stay wire of any size from LT pole all as specified

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply and lay for dry river sand filling for cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying and punning to 18 cm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured).

Material and labour for well burnt bricks,Sub class 'B' bricks, best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm bore steel for tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joint including taking down old u/s one complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item but 50 mm dia.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 400 sq. mm 3½ Core including Brass Glands complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation for stay set /Pole/ Panels etc including fair finish even and fir to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade PVC insulated weather proof sheathed copper cable 1.5 sqmm size 3 core between pole junction box and light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans without remote, complete with blades, down rods and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metallic exhaust fan, steel body 300 mm sweep single Phase. 230V minimum speed 1400 RPM air delivery complete with louver and all accessories including cutting hole of suitable size, making good surface by doing plaster and applying two coat of distemper complete with fixing arrangement to wall connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor (23/.0076) of suitable size.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour point wiring for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor ,PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cables in and including 20 mm dia or higher size PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade or as requiredat site, suitable for modular cover plate of suitable size of module and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. (Rate deemed to be inclusive of cutting chases and making good disturbed surface).

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
