Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor /cradles /stay/ service feeder or distribution span complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/damaged stay assembly embedded in concrete including demolition of PCC and removing unserviceable materials from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, engineering, Supply, installation, testing & commissoning of 11 KV medium voltage covered Aerial Bunched cable line on existing poles of size 3corex95 sqmm+ 1 core 70 sqmm consisting of all accessories such as MS channel, MS angle, MS flat, HT insulators, termination box with provision of appropriate earthing system, suspension clamp, anchor clamp, eye hook , cable end cup, suitable tapping arrangement, joints and jointing materials etc complete as per site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Contractor shall submit the design details alongwith sag calculation etc for approval of the Accepting Officer before commencement of work. (b) Successful commissioning of the entire system shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (c) All items and T & P required for successful commissioning shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (d) The cable should be IS: 8130-1984, IS:398(Part-IV)-1994, IS:7098(Part-II) 2011 & IS: 5831-1984 with uptodate amendment if any.

Supply and fixing end termination joint kit for HT cable, heat shrinkable, outdoor type with jointing material & accessories suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joints heat shrinkable type including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured alumminium cable conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling old unservicable steel tubular poles of any size including breaking up PCC foundation and removal of rubbish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer including painting from bottom to 1.2m height alternative with 30cm red and white strip and writing pole no with black paint on yellow background complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Apart from above cost of the following shall also deemed to be included in quoted rate: (a) Cost of excavation for foundation of pole of size 0.9mx0.9mx1.8m and and removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where as indicated. (b) PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in lean concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x0.15m. (c) PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation concrete laid in trench of size 0.9x0.9x1.65m. (d) PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping concrete laid around pole of size 0.9x0.9x0.45m and finish the surface even and fair.

Dismantling old unserviceble air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted incl insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, with 9 insulators of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced to earthing lead of 32mm x 6mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking out unserviceable earthing plate and accessories all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
