Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel earth lead strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) cover slab (Reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @15cm centre to centre bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia), provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore galvanised steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers of 15cm (compacted thickness), 40mm bore galvanised steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and indicated on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including testing on completion. (Note: GI earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate).

Supply and fix in repair for, mild steel galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm with epoxy insulators and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductor to test point terminal, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 250mm x 200mm x 100mm, comprising three phase aluminium bus bar and one No. MCB SP 06 Amps 'C' type, fixed on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement of sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of size 300mm x 200mm x 100mm, comprising three phase aluminium bus bar and one No. MCB SP 06 Amps 'C' type, fixed on pole with mild steel clamps, nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair for, submain wiring/ circuit with FRLS PVC insulator copper conductor, single core, multistranded cable size 2 x 1.5 sqmm throgh and including 20mm bore UPVC pipe pressure rating 4kgf/cm2 including necessary fittings etc. fixed on pole/ wall with mild steel clamps, made out of MS flat 25 x 6mm including nuts and bolts at the interval of 1.0 metre, complete all as specified and directed.
