Labour only for releasing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (any size and type) of existing OH lines by un-binding from insulator of any description, re-fixing after stretching, re-stringing the conductor, removing excess sag, maintaining proper distance between conductors as ordered and binding with insulator with aluminium binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Cost of binding wire is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

S&F in-repair of Stay assembly of 16mm dia 1.18m long stay rod complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, size of plate 230x230x6mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The TPN aluminium bus bars of capacity 200 Amps shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator, connected with Aluminium lugs, including powder coat painting (RAL-7032) on the surfaces externally & internally including necessary preparation of surfaces and providing PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 as in foundation all as specified and as directed, comprising of the following :- (a) Internal wiring with single core copper conductor cable/ PVC Insulated Copper Strip of suitable size incoming to bus bar and bus bar to outgoing MCCB/MCB-1Job.
