Taking down Aluminium door shutters any size and refixing in the same opening including making petty repairs as required like cleaning and repair/replacement of beadings, glazing clips, rubber gasket, stoppers, adjusting tower bolts, locks, hydraulic door closer, hinges etc and make smooth functioning with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed .Note spare parts required to be replaced up to Rs 300 deemed to be included in quoated rates

M&L Cutting openings through walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings, etc., or cutting out defective masonry for under?pinning including providing, fixing and removing, shoring, cleaning and stacking stone and removing surplus to store and rubbish off the prem complete all as specified

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregatesas in plinth protection finishing even & fair without using extra cement laid in bays with construction, 6mm thick joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete.

M&L 25 mm thick Cement concrete M15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates as in sub base to recive flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed) trussed, purline crane gantries ,rails and fastenings and heavy brackeet framing (Beam,tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces ,cleats etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only in repair hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads of 16 to 20mm diameter neck at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size as approved , made out of 3.15 mm nominal dia of mesh wire conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires/ binding complete all as specified and as directed(A Board of Officers under the orders of GE shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials).

S & F galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed . Note: Independent test report and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design / pattern, with approved standared section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass / stainless steel screws @ 200mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing of operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standared section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr-in-Charge

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated any approved profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), ,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)sections for frame of doors, windows & ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window three track with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter with and including three track frame (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 0.90 Sqm but not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (iii) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (iv) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members. (v) All other accessories such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc (vi).Glazing with sheet glass 5 mm thick ordinary quality in panels of aluminium windows, , etc. fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading and EDPM gasket (vii) Mild Steel grill shall be provided of size and design as shown on drawing (viii)Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avergae width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples. (ix) Rest all as specified in drawing no CE (AF) SZ drawing No - AF/TD/242/15 (R), Sheet No- 1/6, 2/6, 3/6, 4/6, 5/6 & 6/6 dated 14 Feb 2017 .Note for item ser No. to :- 1. M&L powder coated of any colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron). Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door,4 Nos aluminium hinges, 2 Nos 200mm aluminium anodised tower bolts, 01 Nos aluminium rubber door stopper, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4.80mm thick tinted sheet glass and glazing in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for ceramic fully vitrified tiles, coloured ceramic floor tiles (group B Ia), 600 mm X 600 mm X 9-10 mm in floors laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic fully vitrified tiles, coloured ceramic floor tiles (group B Ia), 600 mm X 600 mm X 10 mm in skirting's/ vertical surfaces laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar(1:3) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy mortar to match ncluding dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on walls, finished the plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer to new plastered or unplastered surfaces on wallscomplete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats acrylic distemper on wall ,over and including a coat of primer new plastered or unplastered surfaces on wall, complete all as specified and as directed.Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & fixing to walls , ceiling and laid in trenches 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for screwing and cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions in position without taking down of pipe complete all as specified and directed (Note cutting of existing pipe to be done for insersation of geyser cold water inlet connection pipe.

S & F 15 mm nominal size, nonrising spindle type fancy bib taps as per IS 8931: 1993, one ways long body, made of cast brass including Knob, knob components, divertor & components, nickel-chromium plated finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix stop valves,cast copper alloy,fancy type, chromium plated,screwed down, high pressure with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed both ends for steel pipe of for unions, 15 mm bore,as per IS 8931: 1993, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed point wiring with and including single core PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible conductor (FRLSH) cables 1.5 sqmm as per IS 694: 2010, ISI marked, annealed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through & including medium mechanical stresses class PVC conduit as per IS 9537 (Part-III): 1983 of suitable nominal size as required at site dia but not less than 20 mm nominal size including all accessories/ fittings/ junction boxes/ inspection cover etc. ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes flush galvanised metal boxes suitable for fixing with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor (FRLSH) cable as continuous earth wire connected to metallic body at one end and common earth dolly to other end complete all as specified and as directed.
