Supply, Assembling & Lowering in Vertical Position in Borewell, Unplasticised PVC Medium Well Casing (CM) Pipe of 150mm Diameter (Internal), Minimum Wall thickness 7.5mm, Conforming to IS:12818-2010 including all Fittings & Accessories, etc. for all Depths, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Assembling & Lowering in Vertical Position in Borewell, Unplasticised PVC Medium Well Casing Screen (CM) Strainer Pipe 150mm Internal Dia, Minimum Wall thickness under Ribs as 7.5mm, having Slotts 0.75mm to 1.0mm, Conforming to IS:12818-2010 including all Fittings & Accessories, etc. for all Depths, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Accessories for UPVC Casing Pipe 150mm to 250mm such as UPVC Reducer, Socket including Bail Plug, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Specifications of these Items should comply with the requirements for the Scope of Work and will be Complete Satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

Supply, Lowering & Jointing GI Pipe 100mm bore (dia) with 6.0mm Wall thickness having 3.00 Metre in Each Length as Column Pipe, Heavy grade, ISI Marked, conform to IS:4270/2001 as Amended up-to-date, Flanged Ends and Provided with Nuts, Bolts, Washers & Rubber Gasket including Groove for Cable Entry System including Applying Two Coats of Black Bituminous Paint (suitable for Drinking Water Purpose) on Both Inside and Outside Surfaces of Column Pipe after necessary Preparation of Surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting & Dismantling Carefully Submersible Motor 12.5 HP Capacity and Taking out the Burnt/ Worn Coils from the Slots of Stator and Other Accessories such as Ball Bearing/ Bushing and Rotor, etc. including necessary Cutting/ Grinding/ Drilling/ Machining Works for fixing of Spare Parts, Cleaning the Stator Slots with Changing the Defective Items and Rewinding the Same with New Supper Enameled Copper Winding Wire with Appropriate Gauge, Heating Varnishing with Doctor Beck's Insulating Varnish and Re-assembling the Same, Testing and Lowering down and Reconnecting, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of All Materials & Labours required for Smooth Functioning of Submersible Motor are deemed to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F PVC Insulated, Sheathed, Flat, Stranded Copper Conductor Water Proof Submersible Cable of Size 10 Sqmm, 3 Core including Fixing Lug and fixed in Submersible Pump Set, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Filling Pea Gravel of Size 3.0mm to 6.0mm (as approved) for Packing around the Housing/ Assembly Slotted Pipe of Borewell, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Pea Gravels will be Paid as per Stack Measurements carried out at Site of Work after Deducting for Voids only.

S&F Pressure Gauge of Size 100mm dia, 0 to 10 Kg/Sqmm in Pipe Line including all Necessary Fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Centralizing Guide made out of Mild Steel Flat Iron 40x6.0mm and 16mm dia Mild Steel Round Bars suitable for Mild Steel Pipe 100mm bore (dia) all as shown in IS:2800 (Part-1) 2009, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Well Cap suitable for Housing Pipe 250mm Internal dia, made out of 8.0mm thick Steel Plate duly welded with Locking Arrangement with Holes for Passing Submersible Cable of Size 10 Sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : After Completion of the Work the Well Cap will be Used to Keep the Tube Well Closed Until the Pump Set is installed.

M&L Developing Borewell with 300 PSI, 450 CFM Capacity Air Compressor as required until Clear Water is obtained including Transportation, Erection and Dismantling of Air Compressor, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Time for Developing for Each Borewell shall not be less than 08 HOURS. (b) Air Compressor, Pump, Pipe and other Allied Items will be arranged by the Contractor and No Extra Payment will made by the Department.

M&L Developing Borewell with Compressed Air and after with 25% Extra Capacity Pump by Pumping Muddy Water along with required Plants & Equipments, Tools & Sockets till Sand Free Water of Potable quality obtained, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Yield Test for Borewell by applying V-Notch Method with continuously pumping for 16 HOUR to determine Safe Pumping Yield including Draw Down Test, Verticality Test & Aquifer Performance Test and Chemical & Biological Test from a Govt. Testing Laboratory, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Testing of Raw and Treated Water for all Parameters Covering complete Chemical and Bacteriological aspect from RRL-JORHAT/ DRL TEZPUR or any Govt. Approved/ Recognized Lab as approved by the GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 Metre Wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in Depth for Taking Out/ Laying UG Electric Cable, CI/GI Water Pipes and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in Soft/ Loose Soil including, Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Excavated Soils to a distance not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a Level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying Galvanised Iron Pipe 100mm bore (dia), Medium grade, ISI Marked with all Tube Fittings (such as Bends, Elbows, Tees, Short Pieces, Connectors, Back-nuts, Caps, Plugs & Unions, etc.), laying in Trenches/ Floor/ Ducts and also Cutting Pipes, Screwing, Wash and for Making Forged Bends on Piping as required including welding if necessary to Connect with the existing Water Supply System, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Flanges in Pipe Lines which will be Provided at an Interval of not exc. 30.00 Metre in Continuous Lengths deemed to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Cast Iron and/or GI Fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tee Pieces (Single & Double Branch) any type and Angle/ Radius and Straight Connecting Pieces, etc. with Flanged Ends, dia upto 150mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Cast Iron Sluice Valve 100mm bore, Class PN-1.6, Long Body type, ISI Marked (IS:14864-2000) with Brass Spindle, Both Ends Flanged with Holes including Carbon Steel Nuts, Bolts & Washers, Rubber Gaskets, etc, with Cast Iron Wheel, fixed to Water Mains, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing Cast Iron Non Return Valve 100mm bore, Horizontal type, Heavy duty, PN-1.6 Both Ends Flanged, Conforming to IS, including Carbon Steel Nuts, Bolts & Washers, Rubber Gaskets, etc, with Cast Iron Wheel, fixed to Water Mains, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting Existing GI/Cast Iron Pipe upto 150mm bore in Position for Inserting with and including New Tee and Jointing Materials, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of New Tee and Jointing Materials deemed to be inclusive in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Benching, Coping and Similar Items including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Formwork deemed to be inclusive in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-class 'B' Bricks, Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.00 Metre Mean Radius, Built in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on Fair Faces of Brick Work or Concrete Surfaces, Finishing Plastered Surfaces Fair and Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Framed Works as Joist, Channels, Angle or Tee Sections, Fixed Independently without Connecting Plates, Conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250), Quality 'A', complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description and Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (Tint as approved) Over a Coat of Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying & Testing for XLPE insulated, Armoured, Heavy duty Electric Cable with Aluminium Conductor, 1100 Volts grade, Cross-Sectional Area 50 Sqmm, 3½ Core, laid in Trenches/ Floors or fixed on Walls/ Poles including suitable Size Brass Compression Cable Gland, Terminal Lugs, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Works will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Items.

M&L Sand Cushioning (Dry) in Trenches for Protection of UG Cable (Below, Above and Around the UG Cable Laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness and Consolidated (Punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Only Punned thickness will be Measured for Payment.

M&L Brick Work with Sub Class ‘B’ Bricks as Protection, Well burnt, Laid Breadth-wise along the Length of Cable to from any injury of Cable Protection Laid in Trenches Over Sand Cushioning laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Steel Tubing 32mm bore (dia), Medium grade, with necessary Fittings, laid in Trenches or under Floors/ Roads/ Drains, completed all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Works will be Measured and Paid for separately under appropriate Items.

S&F Galvanised Steel Tubing 32mm bore (dia), Medium grade, with necessary Fittings, laid in Trenches or under Floors/ Roads/ Drains or fixed to Walls, Poles with suitable Size Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamps 40x3.0mm with Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc., completed all as specified and as directed.
