Supply , fix or laying GI tubing 40mm bore , light grade laid in trenches for cable protection, under the road/path/along the pole including taking down existing old unserviceable one complete all as specified.

Re-laying only serviceable precast RCC cable cover obtained during taking out of LT UG cable against srl item no 2 to 11 here in above , of any description, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-22 (8.5 mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug bolts nuts and screws confirming to IS : 2713 and made out of structural steel tube confirming to IS : 1161 and painted internally with a coat of bituminous paint and externally one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unservcieable one etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of PCC in base and above ground level including necessary earth work shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm as earth continuity conductor for roof conductor/down conductor as main earth lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chase/roof of bldg or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc above ground all as specified and as directed..

S&F in replacement of Danger Notice boards/plate of size 200mm x 150mm x 1.6mm thick, mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters (1100Volt) /11KV, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour , fixed to pole of any type with MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm and necessary nuts and bolts etc including dismantling old unsv one complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthimg complete with and including galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm, surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less tan 2.25mtr below ground level with top edgem of the earth at a depth of not les than 1.50 mtr below ground level connecetd to galvanised iron or steel earth wire, 4mm dia (No 8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth wire protected by galvanised steel pipe 20mm bore (light grade) & connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSr-1991 Part I & including necessary excavation and earth work. Cutting, trimming and pruning of trees/ trees branches/ creepers/ climbers around existing LT Panels 3m mean radius including cleaning the distributed area beneath the LT junction boxes and removing the tree branches and debris from site etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Area cleaned around Each LT Panel 3m mean radius shall be termed as one job

Disconnecting existing LT panel & raising the panel of any size by providing angle iron 1m height & necessary PCC M-15 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate, and connected welded work and painting of all indoor and outdoor type panel, enclosures, cleaning of entire surface with fine sand paper both in side and outside and making surface smooth and applying two coats of super synthetic enameled paint by brush or spray and removing unwanted paint from glass or rubber items incl minor denting/welding/patch work complete as directed by Engr-in-chrge. Note : Quoted Rate included for excavation, earth work and PCC work and complete connected works.

Disconnecting HT Cable & LT cables from existing Transformer of any capacity and taking down the transformer and increasing the plinth height 1 mtr from existing diemension 1.5 X 1.5 X 1 mtr with PCC M-10 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate work and refixing the transformer in newly constructed flatform and necessary electric connection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-stringing / tightening of ACSR conductor (size-squirrel/ferret)/ GI earth continuity conductor/ cradle up to the permissible sag limt between any span length and binding the with new binding wire of the same material to insulators all as specified and as direcetd. Note : (i) Work shall be execeuted by the authorised service mechanica/Electrian of manufacturer, After satisfactorily completion of servicing of LT lines/ Panels and connceted network. If any fault occurs upto completion of contract period should be attended by concerned rep withinf stipulated time frame without any failure, quoted rates is deemed to be included all suh charges. (ii) Item no 1 to 76 if any above LT equipment and connceted items become breakdown, the contractor shall loacte the problem/fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-in-charge and ensure that the fault and rectified within 48 Hours, failing which an amount of Rs 150/- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ 82155.00 mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
