Applying evenly a premix /tack coat with RS I grade catonic emulasion 10 Kg per ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Bituminious premix semi dense asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thicknesswith 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,rolled and compactedto required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements: (i) The contractor shall get the mix design done through National Test House, SEMT wing CME, Regional Research Labs, IITs, National Institutes of Technology, Govt Engineering College or any Govt laboratories and the same shall be got approved from the GE before providing SDAC. (ii) In case of variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs.42 per Kg . (iii) The thickeness of SDAC indicated above is the minimum thickness, Further, it is clarified that no payment for the addl. thickness in case required to be provided to achieve the desired levels, slope & making good the undulations etc, all as directed by the GE, shall be made.

M&L 2.50mm thick road marking strip ( Retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe,glass beads dispensers propane tank complete all as directed

Repairs to pot holes not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and muds or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads path etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm depth making good by applying tack coat with RS I grade catonic emulsion @ 5.00 kg/10 sqm putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet and sealed with liquid seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.09 Cum of stone chips and again well rammed (incl supply of premix binder and sand) depth of pot holes n.exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Bringing approved Earth from outside MOD land

Forming Embankment including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering,ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n exc. 1.5 m from the base and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Continous brick edging using old size B Brick with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically all as specified and directed.

S&F dual directional delenator 600 mm long made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of stove enameled and backed to 120 degree powered coated head made out of ABS plastic rectangular mount with flat face provided with high intensity prismatic reflector of colour(White/yellow/red) of size 100x125 mm with additional two reflector strip of 25 mm wide complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge(Note: Delenator shall be fixed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg with size of block 300x300x350 mm deep,excavated earth work shall be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM- D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment)

Removing, excavated material n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m from the starting point.

S & F informatory/identification sign boards (double sided) of size 1200 x 1800 mm made of hardened ACP sheet 3mm thick conforming to IS -736, covered with high intensity grade retroreflective sheeting of green colour as per IRC standard, meeting back to back, with computer cut letters fixed mechanically on boards fixed with nuts and bolts on single frame made of stainless steel tubular pipes of size 40 mm frame of size 1200x1800mm. Frame supported with bolts over 75mm round 3mtr long stainless steel pipe of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps.All stainless steel sheet parts should be polished. Including taking up/dismantling of old unserviceable one and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 300 x 300 x 600mm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15mm thick watered and rammed to true surface using broken stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in hard standing and making finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl all as specified and directed

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Old Stone boulder masonry retaining wall built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates on in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L of walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bounded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L  Plain cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and trotting as directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes.

M&L Hand packing using Broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of RR stone masonry retaining wall and raising or lowering to the required level complete all as specified.

M & L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling , uncoursed or brought upto courses in lime or sand stone of thickness 20mm as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble, uncoursed  or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 , finished even and fair without using extra cement.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and  as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip). 

All as per no 33 above but 8 mm dia as in stirrups

M&L RCC M25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in RCC band

Formwork to faces of wall, retaining wall for rough finished surface.

S&F of geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
