Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each, from chowkhats/frames and removal to store for reuse or credit, complete all specified and directed

Taking down wooden/steel shutter and re-fixing in same opening, shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each with existing chowkat , frame or with new chowkat or frame after necessary repair work including easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed. (unit rate shall be inclusive of demolition of cement concrete blocks for embedding hold fasts complete.)

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down Shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm each and not exceeding 2 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made out of timber species of group I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 4021: 1995, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile C, single rebate or more including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix, solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm Prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, fixed in opening all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 35 mm thick,Factory made timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 30 mm thick,Factory made timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement forstyle and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for topo rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement supply & fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 18 mm/ 19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination for wooden and fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, pelmet etc. including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading of Ist class HW (Teak) all around, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix,continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flaps 30 mm (when open),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised, Hasp and staple of size 100mm, safety type, with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm in length but n.exc 5 cm in length (thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm), for maintenance of steel items such as gates, grills, doors, windows etc, including cleaning and preparing surfaces and holding the members in true position, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing/sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat acrylic distemper on old surfaces complete all as specified Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

Material and Labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete , including Demolition of existing cement concreteof any type, Complete all as specified and directed .

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps up to 10 mtr height including necessary scalfolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing.Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions.(vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing.(viii)finally applying with one coat of bituminous based solar reflective aluminium paint @ 125 gms / Sq M or as per manufacturer,s instructions complete all as specified and directed 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated any approved profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor and taking out unserviceable sheet any description and thicness complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain profile steel sheet corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor and taking out unserviceable sheet any description and thicness complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in filling gaps between roofing sheets and walls ,rounded or chamfered on edges, including demolition of existing cemnet concrete ,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for black hollow steel Section for structural use ,conforming to IS 4923:1997 (Reaffirmed 2009),designation CF,in roof trusses(framed ),trussed,purlins,posts,crane gantries ,rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (square or rectangular hollow sections), including distance pieces cleats etc.including dismantling of existing steel/wooden sections,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for structural timbers of group B, first or second choice as per IS 3629: 1986, clean sawn in scantlings and timber framed and fixed complete including dismantling of unservicable timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in sec in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed

Materials and Labour for,anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 mm x 605 mm as per clause 10.38 of SSR Part-I (2009) including 6 mm thick,high pressure steam cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement designer (primered) building boards fixed or laid to aluminium framework with screws and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, 4 mm thick, 3 Nos. ply, plywood, grade BWR, type BB, fixed with screws to timber frame work,including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation,etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets,any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing spherical wind driven turbine ventilator,outer dia of turbine 760 mm (Approx), doom dia. 380 mm (Approx) ,rotor dia. 655 mm (Approx), throat dia. 610 mm (Approx),height 360 mm (Approx) with 38 Nos (Approx) vanes including base plate of size 1600 mm x 1050 mm ( Approx.) from roofing,dismantaling of parts,cleaning throughly internally and externally,lubrication of bearing/bushes using fresh lubricant all as per OEMs reccommendations,replacement of defective nuts, bolts & washers,re-assembling and fixing in original position including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. .

Disconnecting water tank, float valve with float arm and outlet pipe from PVC service water tank, emptying stored water through outlet, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, refixing water tank, float valve and outlet in proper position, closing the top cover including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing "Cleaned on: (Date)" 50 mm height on outer face of tank with white paint (USING STENCIL) on water tank of capacity exc 250 litres but n exc 500 litres complete all as directed by Eng in charge.

Material and Labour for 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I ,including ball valves high pressure of PTMT (Minimum weight 210 gms) with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, 20 mm bore and fixed and including dismantling existing water tanks exc. 250 but not exc.500 litres capacityand removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing aluminium door carefully except Floor spring/hydraulic door closer from the existing frame and repair the same for smooth operation/movement, including replacing of unservicable screw, cleats, door handle, aluminium hinge & beading etc and refixing in the same location after repairing all components complete all as specified and directed. (Area of door not exc 4.00 Sqm).

Supply and fixing in repair un-serviceable rubber packing of aluminium door & window including taking down carefully glass panels & re-fixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 12 mm thick partical board medium density,flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed in Aluminium frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Brass type 4 lever mortice door lock for fixing in aluminium door/ wooden door including necessary grooving, screwing in aluminium door and aluminium frame for adjusting or fixing of mortice door lock complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading and rubber for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, including taking down of existing partiation with partical board etc complete all as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 12 mm thick partical board medium density,flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed in Aluminium frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for powder coated aluminium door frame and shutter single leaf panelled door partly glazed with 5mm thick glass and partly 6mm thick prelaminated board door shutter divided into two panels fabricated including powder coated aluminium snap beading and rubber gasket/ lining for fixing of glass and prelaminated board panel. The door frame shall be fixed aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size. The door frame and shutter shall be comprising of the following section and fitting including taking down of existing shutter with frame and fittings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Aluminium door frame section 101.6x44.5x1.27mm (b) Aluminium styles of shutter section 85x44.5x1.56mm (c) Aluminium top & bottom rail of shuttersection 101.6x44.5x2.5mm (d) Aluminium middle/ lock rail of shutter section 100x44.45x2mm (e) Aluminium handle 250mm long 02 Nos in each shutter (f) Aluminium tower bolt 200mm long as required as per normal (g) Six lever mortice lock brass (h) 03 Nos aluminium butt hinges 100mm long (i) 06mm thick pre-laminated board (j) 5.0mm thick tinted glass (Note: In case of two leaf each leaf wil be measured seperately)

Supply and fix for, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium three track window and ventilator frame (2 Nos Glazed shutter & 1 Nos Gauzed shutter)with powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium sliding glazed shutters, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/RM without sash bars, including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium snap beading, locking arrangements, handle screws etc. including 4mm tinted glass, stainless steel wire mess and taking down of existing shutter with frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated aluminium gril 8mm thick (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade acoording to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design /pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @200 mm centre to centre, including, cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Materials and Labour for rendering 8 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 12 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)
