Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT panel board, “outdoor Kyosk type” of suitable size factory fabricated CPRI approved panel manufacturer with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP- 53 and general construction confirming to IS / IEC - 60947-2004, double door, front and back open-able. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and tinned copper bus bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/ sleeves of rating in conformity to the incoming ACB / MCCB rating. The Panel Board shall be fabricated out of 3.15/2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated and powder coated, supporting frame made out of 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle iron and MC 100 channel base suitable for 3-Phase, 4-wire system 415/440 Volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 Sqmm copper wire including cable glands of suitable sizes including necessary arrangements for pedestal mounting viz. PCC platform etc. complete all as specified and directed with and including the following accessories : BUS BAR AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars shall be made up of 04 Nos. tinned copper 1000 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable sized ‘F’ class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears etc.

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) panel outdoor type, factory made, CPRI type tested of 150 KVAR capacity ready to use design confirming to IS 5039/IS 8623 and relevant IS / IEC codes rated for short circuit current rating of 50 KA, front open-able and lockable by keys having louvers and air vent, gasket & totally vermin proof and suitable for 415 / 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC and housed in elegant enclosure fabricated from minimum 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and minimum 2.0 mm thick for partitions anti-corrosive coating to improve power factor to 0.99 & finally powder coated in texture siemens grey RAL 7032 including suitable size and length of copper conductor cable PVC insulated for controls to each capacitor with and including the following accessories :- (a) 400 A capacity tinned copper bus-bar duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable sized DMC / epoxy insulators. (b) MCCB 4P (Ics = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 400 A -01 No. as incoming.

(c) A set of heavy duty, capacitor heavy duty, type MDXL 440 V with output capacity 150 KVAR, capacitor bank in 6 steps (1x 50 KVAR + 2 x 25 KVAR + 4x 12.5 KVAR) to accommodate all possible set of automatic operation to maintain 0.99 power factor. (d) MCBs TP, “D” Series, 415 V of required sizes with required numbers and suitable ratings as per the capacity of the capacitors. (e) Microprocessor based control suitable for power factor correction with its unique features of four quadrant operation C/K ratio selection. The APFC controller should ON/OFF the capacitor banks of 150 KVAR capacity in 6 steps (1 x 50 KVAR + 2 x 25 KVAR + 4 x 12.5 KVAR) with indication whether it is lagging or leading. (f) Power Contactors heavy duty for suitable capacitors shall be provided for automatic operation of each capacitors with ON / OFF indications. (g) The APFC panel shall be provided with two external terminals, connected through GI strip 32 x 6 mm to existing transformer earthing / panel earthing all as specified and as directed. (h) Digital panel meters for current, voltage, frequency and power factor having programmable CT ratio and built in selector switches of size 96x96 mm, accuracy class-I, auxiliary support of 230 V, AC with SP MCB protection shall be provided.

(j) All control wires shall be not less than 2.5 Sqmm, multistranded, copper conductor and properly bunched / tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs. The cubical will have a bottom support of channel of suitable size duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable pre-drilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm thick, cold zinc metal coated shall be provided with at the bottom for entry for armoured cable with adequate size of gland. Manufacturer name plate with feeder details & danger notice plate shall also be provided at suitable visible place. (k) Auxiliary contactor with required quantity of NO & NC contacts. (l) Auto / Manual Switch – 01 No. (m) Indicator lamp LED based with lamp holder all as specified and as directed. (n) CT of ratio 400/5 A, measuring class accuracy 0.5 to 1.0 for capacitor panel. (o) Spare CT 01 No. of ratio 400/5 A and necessary control cabling for sensing the pf in the main panel for APFC operation. (p) Thyristor switches shall be provided for connecting / disconnecting the capacitor Banks to the bus bar. (q) Detuning reactors of suitable size shall be provided to maintain THD less than 7 percent. The reactors shall be suitable to prevent amplification of 3rd and higher order harmonics. NOTE :- 1. (c) A set of heavy duty, capacitor heavy duty, type MDXL 440 V with output capacity 100 KVAR, capacitor bank in 8 steps (1 x 25 KVAR + 2 x 12.5 KVAR + 5 x 10 KVAR) to accommodate all possible set of automatic operation to maintain 0.99 power factor. M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for 80 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spreading thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness will only be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying of well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.
