M&L for concealed type wiring for one 15/16 Amps power point controlled by one switch with 4.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper, conductor cable (1100Volts grade) FRLS,ISI marked, drawn in and including rigid PVC conduits ,20/25 mm dia all as directed with all fittings and accessories alongwith PVC insulated cable with solid copper conductor of size 4.00 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor including fixing of 1. 2 mm thick MS sunk terminal box duly flushed to wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated/ebonite sheet cover fixed with brass screws,cup and washers incl making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rates for concealed type wiring shall deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in the wall using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surfaes of wall by providing cement plaster 1:4 and matching the surfaces by white wash/ color wash all as per existing finishes complete.

Taking down the existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring with 4 run of 6.00 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor drawn in PVC rigid non- metallic conduit 20/25mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Four run of submain wiring cable alongwith 20/25mm dia PVC conduit pipe shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The rates for concealed type wiring is deemed to be included in the cost of cutting chases in the wall using electric cutter and making good the disturbed surfaes of wall by providing cement plaster 1:4 and matching the surfaces by white wash/ colour wash all as per existing finishes.
